You know those little things you just happen to notice? Snippets of converstaion, the way a bird acts, little things that are jut so interesting they just make your day. This is a thread to post them. Today on the way to school, the policeman who stands by the crosswalk used his megaphone. Policeman: Hey, you two! You just got to school, don't leave! There were two kids attempting to cross the WRONG WAY. One of the kids: He needs to get some pudding! Policeman on the megaphone: Pudding?
I don't no why, but there is something strangely funny about hearing someone shout the word "Pudding" and nothing else into a megaphone. The whole incident was rather funny.

There was an adorable piebald(?)/albino cockatiel at the pet store today. She kept bobbing her head up and down and closing one eye. I was a bit apprehensive about trying to pick her up, because their bites can be like pinches sometimes. Somehow, I got her on my finger and she kept bobbing her head happily. I put her down, as she kept looking towards her cage.
After people began to gather, I picked her up again and she started to chew my fingernails. A woman standing near me said, "A bit young for a bird to be hitting on you, eh?" The bird was just absolutely lovable and unbelievably gorgeous (she had red eyes). I set her down and picked her up one last time. This time she actually cooed at me and bobbed her head even more.
Unfortunately, I had to leave "Bobby" at the store, of course. That fact had me down, but I have never met such a nice cockatiel in my life. That really made my day. ;D

Hm.... This pretty much describes my morning today (I have PE Bowling at 6:30 a.m.):
I struggled a little bit while picking up my bowling ball, and walked to the markings closest to the lane. Jogging to edge of the lane, I brought up the 14-pound bowling ball behind me. CLUNK! My eyes grew wide with a small bit of shock, then I started to laugh at myself. How could I drop my bowling ball right before I was going to bowl it?
On another note, my Mom woke me up with some startling news one Sunday morning. I was half-asleep at the time, and she was leaning against my door frame. "Max is dying," Said she. "Hm?" I said sleepily. "Max, our pet fish, is dying." She said, leaving my door.

Oh yeah! Just remembered! A couple of days ago, I spotted a medium sized dragonfly near the spot where I hang out at school. I carefully walked over to it, as it had landed on the bushes. I looked directly into it's eyes, and it kind of nodded it's head, like it was saying "'Sup?" I just thought that to be hilarious for some reason.
