Of course, it's great to acknowledge the accomplishments and virtues of others, but it's also important to love and be proud of yourself.
I've been hanging around the boards, and felt sad when I see lots of people beating themselves up over small things, saying that they stink, saying that they're terrible at everything.
Well everyone is fantastic and wonderful and special and unqiue, and it's time that you realized it!
So basically, this is a thread to come to terms with yourself. If you're feeling blue, then just think back to all of your accomplishments.
This is the place to post positive comments about yourself, or share things that you're proud of. (Sports, good grades, new friends, etc.)
Have fun loving yourself! ;D

Hey Battlesunn, I was reading your qoutes. Say, what did ever happen to Clone High? I miss that T.V show. Indians got offended by the ghandi character and MTV and Tele-Toon were forced to put the show on hiatus until the situation is resolved. |

Uh... uh.... *whimpers*
I'm a good singer/flutist/keyboardist.
I really did deserve first place in that singing competition. (Whew! That's out. I always knew it, but it's easier to say once my voice teacher said it... and another of his students actually won....)
Um... I'm actually proud of Pam the Palm Fan and another story in progress....
I've survived almost all grade eight and probably have the highest grade average in the grade.
Um....
Yeesh, that was difficult. There are these things that I know, but I don't like admitting them. I hate complimenting myself because then I feel big-headed. I like being modest....

Well, really, now.
I'm not sure. I suppose I admire the way I try to give advice sometimes (although, it's a load of a lot easier giving advice then actually following it) and the humor my friends in "real life" claim I own.
I like to see people smile.

Erm... eep, this is harder than I thought. I'm at least halfway-proud of the way Enti's stories are shaping up... and happy I could help the freshmen in my own little ways this year, even if I didn't get the Ambassadors job. |
