Working on an article about the Neolodge, and need feedback

I've had this idea for a while now about how the Neolodge could be revamped, to make it into something more than the lazy Neopian's way to keep their pets fed.  Give us an idea of what each neolodge location is like and why it might suit our pet better, benefits like a random stat boost if you sign them up for the fitness center (I figure a 0-2 random stat boost per week, with no boost if you check out early, is minor enough that it wouldn't be seen as taking away from the standard training options).

I feel like I should have asked this about 5000 words of work ago, but -- is a theoretical direction they could take a site feature actually a suitable subject for a NT article?

I don't think there'd be an issue submitting an article that provides suggestions for the site, no. There have been others who've provided site feedback via NT submissions before, so I think your idea could be viable!
