Speaking of, I hadn't planned on a dedicated AC comic, but ongoing conversations about Ralvy's very questionable taste in cereal compelled me. Tilbur gets a little bit of lore development as a treat today. His father Bernard and his mother Annabelle.  Annabelle was born and raised in Brightvale and is a professor at one of the universities (teaching history... I think). She's the strict, and somewhat overbearing sort but ultimately always has Tilbur's best interest in mind. She's the one who recommended Tilbur be sent to study abroad, feeling it would help make him more worldly and advance his education. Bernard is originally from Neovia and moved to Brightvale to get his law degree. He currently works as a law clerk and is the sort who is very much married to his job. He loves his family, but is rarely home. DTI customizations since they are what I based the designs off of:   |

I love how absolutely relaxed Ralvy looks despite not wanting to be on vacation xD My headcanon is that, since she's so married to her work and doing a great job, that even now she has the mindset of, "Despite it all, I still need to hit all of the vacation milestones and do them 100% perfect so that I am the best vacationer there is!!!"
Gorgeous backgrounds the whole way through, makes me want to be sitting on a beach just like that one! And lol, that Usuki flip phone feels like the perfect fit for Ralvy xD

There was no sequel planned for this since I am now allergic to doing multi-part comics buuuuut since we have a few weeks of normal issues due to the collab pushback.... figured it was the perfect time to fit Ryse in. I'm not really sure what to do with this one. I guess I'm going to submit it for the the issue that should otherwise be scheduled on the 11th, but with no word from TNT on if that's actually happening or not, I'm worried it will be skipped. My collab comic is already done and I plan to submit, soooooo..... really hope we get some communication soon! Beach III: Revenge of the Blues CAN WE GO HOME NOW?? |

Updated the published list! "All Hallows Hijinks" New friends are always just around the corner.A big thank you again to Twillie and Keng for letting me steal your kids for this one. Really, really fun to work on and I'm happy with how it turned out. "NeoQuest Adventures #1" Dragoyles and Draiks part 1I'm hoping the NeoQuest one becomes a longer term thing that I revisit whenever a new idea hits me. Since it's basically them playing DnD, the story takes place over a longer period of time and I don't have to be worried about getting things published in a specific order which is nice. Also more random Ravioli doodles.  They fight over who gets to wear the Chunky Knit Sweater™ aka the best sweater in all Neopia. (per Luc: Ralvy IS the police and this isn't a fair fight lol)  Her.  She so eepy and also in a beeg jacket. Perhaps a Letterman jacket, given to her by someone else? She'll never tell. And another AU doodle that is spoilered for size per usual but also comedically censored words (emphasis on comedic there's nothing bad there)  Coulda had it all! But then he went and badmouthed Meridell. |
