The end of the year is fast approaching. Do you still have something you intend to do before then? Are you dissatisfied with your progress this year and want to get something in? Do you want to take the opportunity to wrap a nice bow on something nearly complete? Do these not describe you at all but you still feel like participating? Think of this as a sort of mini Spring Cleaning. Except there's 3 days left to the year (or 2 if you live in tomorrow-land), so it's extremely mini. But it's something! Basically, create and post a list of things you'd like to do before the end of this year. Or if it's just one thing, that's fine! (And if you don't want to do a thing at all, feel free to ignore this thread!) I would suggest not doing too much with the end of the year being this close. But don't feel bad if you don't get to it; think of it as one motivator among many. I'll create a list of mine. I'll try to keep to things I can actually do before the end of the year. 1. Make cobbler (done!)
2. Try that new method of re-threading the sewing machine and see if that works
3. Clear up the clutter in my room at least a little. (Maybe rearrange the stuff on the nightstand (done!), make a new place for snacks, and reorganize the green bag.)
4. Program at least one thing. (Sorta done! (I did work on a thing and made progress.))
5. Apply to at least one job.
6. Pay that bill (done!)

I've got a few things I'd like to squeeze in between work!
- Finish cleaning the part of the room you started reorganizing
- Make that one last gift
- Watch those couple films

I always like to end the year with a chill birthday and my traditional New Years video game celebration, so that's at least two things I want to happen before I dump my 2022 calendar in the recycling bin.

I want to get the fourth NT comic of the arc done, or at least have all the assets and characters ready to go.
(Altador's eldritch geometry and inconsistency is making that difficult, but I feel like I'm at least almost done with the environment that will show up on camera at least)

Some good things to do, all! \ o /
I did one of mine, am partway through mine (but will probably call it good enough if I don't get to the rest; I don't wanna stress over it), and I'm partway through one and just need to wait till tomorrow.
This is a lot for tomorrow, though, especially since I also have to do some last-minute yard work in order to make New Years and dogs a little less stressful. Some of the tasks may fall off. xD I'll relegate tasks 4 and 5 (program a thing and apply to at least one thing) to the first day of next year to hopefully start things off. That way I'm not packing too many things on myself tomorrow!
(Or maybe I'll do it anyway. We'll see what I'm up for! But I'll see 4 and 5 more as wishlist items than "do this," at least for the day. xD )

Well, I have 20 minutes left, but I don't think I'll do anything more.
So I got to about 3.5/6 of my list, which was ambitious as is. Several things can wait for the beginning of 2023. And I did do some clearing up, even if it was minor. I even got myself to program yesterday, and that felt more fulfilling than the others. So that's a place to start.
Good enough for now.

I got that one part of the room mostly organized, I'd say around 80% of it done. I'll probably be spending most of today cleaning, so I may make more progress there!
I did get to watching the movies I wanted last night!
I haven't started on that gift, but I won't need it until Tuesday, so I've got some time still.

I didn't end up getting much more modeling done, but last night I ended up changing the order and flow of some stuff to make more sense, so for the next comic, I didn't actually need to make anything more than I already had after all. So, uh... goal retroactively achieved, I guess?
