I'm gonna end up with more teatime treats than I'll know what to do with at the end of this lol. Either the Crumpetmonger had a ton of extra inventory she wasn't able to sell, or she and Kari have some kind of business deal going on where she's able to give away all these free samples to hopefully pick up new customers xD

If anyone's up to do some NC trading, I'm looking for the ticket packs. Unsure what my stuff is worth these days or what guides people are using etc. but here's my UFT list. Speculation on the implication of what the next story segment said: So first we had the Neggbreaker, then we have the Neggnapper, and now we seem to have a Neggdrainer (or Neggdehydrater, though I feel that one is a bit too long and "drainer" gets the same point across). Interesting, though kind of sad they didn't set it up like they did with the Neggnapper. When they did the Neggnapper the story was the Neggs were taken and as you found them Kari commented on the difficulty of the Neggs being placed there or finds some markings. But here? We're only just now being told that Neggs are being drained. As we collected the Neggs we could have Kari noting things like she thought she hid more Neggs, then we found a puddle of juice on the floor, then prune-like husks of an unknown fruit, until now when Kari gets a delivery she sees the husks are actually drained Neggs.
That said I'll also agree to the possibility it's not another giant Hasee monster (wonder what color would it be, Hasee don't come in a lot of Colours unless they introduce more just to make more monsters). It's the Haunted Woods, not exactly the nicest place for plantlife, could be a disturbed spirit that causes plantlife to wither hence the Neggs being turned to husks. Maybe the spirit of the Sanitarium's groundkeeper who is upset Kari "messed" with the courtyard by planting unapproved plants (aka Neggs).
Though either option wouldn't explain this villain messing with Neovia like he did such as graffitiing a crypt and destroying the crumpet Meerca's desserts.
Finally, curious if the Negg draining point is going anywhere or is it just this year's bad thing happening to the Neggs and thus won't lead anywhere. Like draining a Negg of its special properties could then mean the villain is either absorbing the essence or has a way of bottling it up, which could have possibilities down the line. Or it could just mean, as the Negg is being made into a husk, it just loses the special property and that's that. If they wanted to make an interesting boss to fight the former would be better, but if they want to keep the story wrapped up it would be the latter. |

I really wish that the image on the main Negg Hunt page actually corresponded with the negg you chose for that day, so you could go back and have a record of what you've chosen without having to do it manually.
I think I've only even had the option of Steampunk once.
