Hello! Welcome to the Good Place (fanclub)!
Now, you would think this is where you've come to spend the afterlife, but the name here is actually very much a misnomer! This thread promises nothing but a fanclub where you can talk about the show, The Good Place. There are no restrictions for who can join the club, nor will there be a list; just post when you feel like it!
I will ask that any spoilers should be put in spoilerboxes, and separated by season and/or character arc. (Though further seasons imply spoilers from previous seasons.) Spoilerbox your spoilers, or you'll get negative points. You don't wanna get sent to the Bad Place, do you?
The Good Place is a fully released show consisting of 4 seasons, and is primarily available via Netflix. I would rate the show as PG-13, for there are several moments of crude humor. The Good Place is about an afterlife system that is determined by human actions in the world, its consequences, and what happens to people in the afterlife. The afterlife is separated by different places, such as the Good Place or the Bad Place. The Good Place is where you want to go. It's a show that discusses character relationships, human psychology, and moral philosophy (seriously, you learn a lot of philosophy), but never shies from throwing a lot of funny moments in to the mix!

Ah yay, I love this show! Been several months since I watched it (we watched the whole thing during our 6-week complete lockdown), but I loved it so much. <3
My favourites are Michael and Tahani! Also, Tahani has so many of the absolute prettiest dresses. Love her aesthetics!
I would have to check what happened each season to be able to properly tag spoilers, so maybe another time I will share more thoughts, but yeah. Love this show!

I have only just started watching this but it is already very intriguing. I do enjoy the characters: Janet is fun, Tahani is super elegant, and Chidi is honestly the most relatable to me. I like Eleanor for how obviously awful she is. I am aware of some of the twists in this show but I am looking forward to experiencing them myself.
