So yesterday I was playing a Sakamet Solitare game, and suddenly got this notice. Access Denied www.neopets.com is using a security service for protection against online attacks. An action has triggered the service and blocked your request. Please try again in a few minutes. If the issue persist, please contact the site owner for further assistance. It's still blocking me this afternoon. What's going on? |

Just curious, is it a particular portion of the site or is the entire site that you cannot access?

For me at least, it's any part of the site I try to go on. Main page, dailies, pet pages, the NT, it all leads to the StackPath error.

Hmm, these are the likely scenarios that I can think of:
1. A connection issue between the site and you/the host (sort of like how the NTWF uses CloudFlare as as host, if I remember correctly)
2. Browser issue (unlikely, as it looks to be isolated to just Neo, base on the info given)

It's been affecting other Neopets users, there's been chatter about it here: www.jellyneo.net/?comments=13563And on JN Discord. It seems the solution is to clear your cache, if I remember correctly. |

Might depend on the browser you're using; for me, I just looked up how to clear cache for Chrome and got instructions from there.

Stack Path came back today, so I had to clear my cache again xP Hopefully this doesn't have to turn into a daily routine...

Checking around the boards, it seems to come up most often when refreshing around the same area.
Which is why it hit me when I was playing Sakamet Solitare.
Others were price checking on the shop wiz and more were refreshing.
