getting permasilenced & not knowing why

that epic neo moment when you get a neomail that says you're permanently silenced after 3 silences and being completely in the dark as to which forum post got you such a harsh sentence, while also having no idea on what to write to support or if you even should nbhgvcfdxfgh

A friend in my guild is also having a problem with getting warnings and silenced seemingly for no reason or being specifically targeted out of others also posting the same thing yet them not getting punished.

You can try contacting Support explaining you are not aware of anything wrong you posted, at worst they'll say you did but won't say what so you can't find a way around it. At best they'll explain what you did wrong and give you a "second chance" and un-silence you.
