I won't be able to make an RP post until sometime tomorrow but I also don't want to be the bottleneck so I'm just gonna drop my piece here.

EDIT: I'll be using this post to keep track of the most up-to-date versions of the puzzle. As such, not all these images have been solved/edited by me, so I'll give credit to the most recent updater! The puzzle: Here's the color side as well: I'm not sure if the different shades of the colors matter as well. Just in case, though, RielCZ would we be able to see what color blue you got? Right now I'm not seeing any definite patterns with the color sides, but I'm gonna keep playing with them to see if anything comes up.

Thanks for the puzzle updates! (And for doing one with the color sides; I've been curious about that!) As I thought, it does look to mainly be a mosaic. But maybe the color sides are pieces of a bigger one that would make the color sides make more sense later? Just a theory; nothing to prove it right now. Also, Lizica and Pixie, that is a wonderful rolling with it! xD

Ah, I was updating the puzzle too, but with my piece as well. (And with Gelquie's rotated piece?) Sorry the timing was a little off! XD; Here it is:

Ah, all you guys beat me to it, too! I was also working on adding in the new pieces with their colours, mostly 'cause I was very interested about the colours. I thought they might form a rainbow of sorts, but nope. Here was the back of my piece. In retrospect and compared to others, it's more indigo than blue. (I have 3 monitors, each with slightly different hues, and it looked blue to me at the time. )

Haha, not surprising that we're all working on our own version of the puzzle! I went ahead and updated the color version of it so far: I think I'll also try and update my original post when I can, that way there's one area that always has the most up-to-date version of the puzzle. That can be found here!GLQ's piece has me interested because, while it makes sense for it to fit in that corner, the gradient of it is noticeably different from the piece it's connected to. However, I'm also skeptical that there's another row of pieces that we're missing still that it would better connect to. For now, I'll just assume it's where it's supposed to be!

Twillie - Good thinking, thanks! I do think Gelquie's piece goes there because it fits right in over mine, and I'm guessing there's 15 pieces cause we're 15 players, so I doubt there's an extra row. But that's a good observation! I guess we'll see!

I think that is the proper place for my piece, because while it does seem washed out, if you look at the pencil markings, they continue to the next pieces logically. Whether the lighter gradient is due to a computer error or it means something else, I can't say.
I had another thought about the puzzle pieces. What if the pieces fit together in a different way as well? Like maybe there's a color gradient? I see there's four basic colors; red, blue, green, and purple. Maybe they each make one column.
EDIT: Or no, not each column; I misinterpreted the number of columns. Hmm... I still feel there could be something there with the pieces fitting together a different way.
EDIT x2: Hm, I just tried fitting the reds together in a column gradient that way. But eventually it didn't fit, even with piece flipping. So I suppose not. Or there's another way it fits.

That's what I was kinda wondering as well, if the color sides fit in a different way! I was wondering that alongside if the orientation that they're given in is significant; I might try working with the color sides without flipping them at all, see if that does anything.

This is probably not relevant for solving the puzzle but I was curious what it would look like:

That looks cool! It's like seeing the image through infrared, night-vision and blacklight all at the same time! XD

Hey everyone! In the interest of keeping things moving for now, we thought we should share the final puzzle piece with you all. (We’ve tried contacting Sparktater, and we hope they’ll be able to join us later on! (And Sparktater , if you’re reading this belatedly, we hope you’re doing well and that you don’t mind us sharing your piece for you!!)) We’ll probably be starting the next round/puzzle tomorrow, maybe around noon-ish EST? Again, there shouldn’t be a huge timeskip (I’d say maybe twenty to thirty minutes at most, just to allow the characters to finish the puzzle and to move from point A to point B?), so hopefully everyone will be able to work with it! (Also, in case it matters to anyone’s characters, we thought we should mention that we anticipate all the IC events happening in less than one chronological day. (So, irregular sunrises and sunsets exempt.)) Thanks, everybody! =D You're doing great! \ o /

Sweet, now I can post the full color overlay I notice that there's five of each color (red, green, blue), but some of them are noticeably different shades, especially Gelquie's piece. Could mean something?
