You might want to spoiler the locations and clues for those who aren't as up-to-date.

So going by the clues being given (and considering this is Festival of the Neggs), it seems to be suggesting the one who took the Neggs is... The Neggbreaker. bookofages.jellyneo.net/characters/3997/Has four sharp claws. Fierce appearance. Not a Neopet. A monster that's old (it's an ancient being) and new (it was relatively recently released from its prison). Has a lot of strength. Of course, considering the Neggbreaker is a hulking beast the characters who interacted with it seemed rather calm. Skarl was just annoyed it was snooping around his throne, the bartender was annoyed it didn't pay its tab (indicating it ate at the Golden Dubloon?), and Jhudora told it off. You'd think their reaction to Kari and the user would more be "A GIANT HASEE JUST RAN THROUGH AND DROPPED OFF THESE NEGGS?!". You know what, I change my answer. Going to guess something happened to Topsi, like maybe he drank a Transmogrification Potion (and thus would more go along with the Brain Tree's clue as it's an old character but with a new form). Considering Topsi was creepy already, imagine him being a Mutant Cybunny.

Fitting place to finally get the prize I wanted. Got Mages Satchel at the Brightvale Scrollery.

I guess I have three different mechanical Neggs now...
I actually don't mind getting a second Wondrous Book of Gems, honestly. I can pop one in my gallery.

From the beginning of this event I've had two main theories, kinda like what Duke Pikachu mentioned- mutated Topsi or Neggbreaker.
I was hoping for a rampaging mutant Topsi because 1) it could be a nice follow-up to the Faerie Festival if he'd bought Krawley's potion, and 2) it'd be fun to riff on erm, well, Topsi's er, appearance, and all the comments the userbase have made on him.
The Neggbreaker would have been a nice callback, though we would need a good reason for its seal to be undone and for it to be freed! I didn't have very high hopes for this one.
But with the recent clues of the monster being averse to the Battledome and an orange/purple colour scheme, looks like we've got a Neggbreaker on our hands.
Perhaps Topsi could still be kept in the narrative. Playing hide-and-seek, finds the Clockwork Negg in the cave, "owo what's this", thinks it'd be a great hiding place, and accidentally releases Sealed Evil in a Can. Anyway I've got the stamp, I've got the background, I've got the satchel, I've got the Ona, still need the book, still need any of the shiny gem things, dare to hope for a second stamp. So so glad Kari is back.

Did anyone else think... That "seea" was not a typo, but a clue? One of the first places I looked was the kelp restaurant, or whatever it's called.

Rats in pants. Got another comb. I was hoping for the stamp. I need to check what else I'm missing.

I am having the worst luck with these prizes xD Five charming combs, three spring Onas, two crystal plushies, and a floral nature charm. The only prize I've gotten so far that has any use to me and that I wanted was the nature book. Every other time, the negg always insists on giving me a repeat prize or the least valuable thing of the bunch xP

So this was rather... unexpected. And Kind of hilarious. So I'm searching for today's Negg in the negg hunt. I knew from the clue that it was at virtupets space station. I loaded flash, but the map wasn't showing. It was getting the links, but the map itself wasn't showing, Just a white screen. So I refreshed. Same thing. So I decided to just click randomly when it turned to the hand icon, and got the negg on the first try. And it's not like I have the map anywhere near memorized. I had no idea where I was clicking.

I really should stop gunning for certain prizes (rats, didn't get the Ona), it's not going well for me.
Anyway.
The concierge looks confused, "Strangely, no one remembers the guest checking in but he put "Shenkuu" under the return address."

I having rotten luck with trying to get certain prizes as well and it's starting to annoy me. Trying to get the Background for the Charming Negg (no reason particular other than to sell it, looks to be the most expensive item atm) but it keeps on giving me the combs (and the stamps once in a while)! Anyway, the story so far: Okay, so JS does understand the Negg Breaker is a hulking beast without much intelligence, right? Because now it knows how to write? It was odd characters apparently had talked with it yet didn't seem bothered by its appearance or size (though you'd think they'd mention it was a giant orange Hasee for those who got a good look...), but unless they're trying to subvert what we're expecting from it (like it's going to be how the Hulk was in Endgame) I find these clues confusing what type of character it's trying to present.

Maybe after this, we can trade amongst each other for the prizes that elude us? Liou, if you still need the book, I have three two of them now and I can give you one. (I wonder why I counted my other Wondrous Book of Gems as a third.) My offer to send my mechanical Neggs to anyone who wants them still stands.

BTW, let's also remember that that MOST of the rewards are perfectly affordable on the Shop Wiz. Obviously we'd like to try and get them for free, but if we don't get what we want to actually have we can buy them at the end of the event (which probably would be the best time as otherwise the prices will probably increase). For a quick run down on the notable ones: Charming Spring Background = 10k Stamp of Spring Charm = 20k Illusory Negg = 4k Mages Satchel = 1k Wondrous Book of Gems = 12k Negg of Marble = 160k Exquisite Book of Nature = 7k Spring Ona = 4k In case you're wondering, the reason Negg of Marble is so expensive is because you can trade it in at the Neggery for 25 Negg Points. A high end method of quick Battledome training is, as long as your Neopet is hungry, you can buy a Snegg for 126 Negg Points which will increase your Neopets HP (and Movement) by 2 or 3 points. There's also some other Neggery Neggs that can be used to train with but the Snegg is the main one that's focused on.

Yeah I ended up buying the prizes that I've been trying for, since I figure why not get them while they'll probably be at their lowest price (at least for the books and stamp). And then, after buying the stamp, guess what I got after foolishly choosing the Charming Negg again? xD Welp, at least now I have a spare to hoard hold onto in case it becomes more valuable once the event ends. Kat If you need an Ona, I have two extra!
