Helloooo? Soooo my coworkers are trying to revive their NeoPets accounts while we're all in isolation here and I want to show off my sweet sweet trophies. But I cannot for the life of me remember my password and I think the email I had tied to it is dead. Does anyone know a way to fix this or am I just doomed?

Hey! You can always try sending in a support ticket. If your account has been disabled in the meantime, you'll need to provide enough information to verify your identity. From what I've heard, what they want the most is the email you used when you first signed up. It doesn't matter if you can't access the email anymore, you just need to remember what it was. If you can provide that, you have a very good chance of getting back into your account.

Yaaaas I'm 95% sure I know what I signed up with AND still have access to it. Let's hope this works...

Good luck, Kiddo! I was in this same position last December/January...except that my account got hacked and frozen and I had to provide my email to regain access.
Also, high-five for the "coming back to Neopets after a long long time" squad!

I think it speaks a lot towards how far I've come in my self-confidence that I'm willing to expose my coworkers to an account that will give them access to my teenage writing.

The saga of trying to recover my account continues. So they never got back to me. Okay, okay, fine, I can figure this out, I'm clever, right? Now, while I don't have access to the email that my account is tied to... the only reason I don't have access is I stopped maintaining the domain. And guess what? That domain name is still available. So I bought it. And tied it to a gmail account with the same name as the old one. I've got control over that email again.
And lo and behold, password reset works! I got the password reset email!
Except now that I've reset my password neopets is just like HERPDEDERP and redirects me to the login screen every time I try to login. Like it's even acting like I'm logged in but when I try to click on anything, bam, back to the login screen. Soooooo another ticket.
