NC question

I have a question that I'm not exactly sure where to put this, so here seemed like the best place.

I have a friend of mine who just started playing Neo a week ago, and was looking to get some NC stuff to customize with. But they're not quite at the point where they want to buy NC.

My question is, can I make a Neoboard offering to trade my NC stuff with others, but ask them to send the item to my friend instead of me, or is that against the rules?

Once I had someone who wanted one of my NC Mall stat-giving cupcakes. They had an item I was interested in. But the catch was that I had to send the cupcake to another person. It turns out that the person neomailing me had negotiated a trade with the person receiving the cupcake, a trade that required lots of cupcakes. So rather than waste gift boxes, they had me send it to the person who wanted the cupcake in the end.

I did neomail the person receiving the cupcake to make sure it was all legit, and it was, so I did end up doing the trade.

Not quite the same situation, but somewhat similar, and that was okay. I hope that helps.
