HELLO.

So Dju's been gone since 2016, what the heck happened???

Well, architecture school happened, I guess... But I've kept you folks in my mind all the time. I really miss y'all and I want to apologize from the bottom of my heart. I lost track of time (which is ironic considering Tim Hikes is still my avatar from the Heroes' roleplay, and if y'all remember the guy wasn't great at time management either. And oh dear this old drawing is cringy, remind me to update this ASAP).
THe NTWF taught me so much. From writing to english to just simply being a better human I grew a lot with you guys, and I am a much better Dju today that back then when I joined.
I let time slip by, responsibilities get in the way, and I lost a lot of precious things about myself in the way that I'd like to recover.

So, *pulls a stool and sits down* what did I miss? I want to catch up with all of you so bad, I miss the best bits of insanity, the OCs, the roleplay games, (gawd I miss our heroes...any sequels happened while I was gone?), but most importantly I miss YOU GUYZZZ.

<3 Welcome back!! A lot has changed since you last came. Most notably, we've had a forum restructure so things look a bit different but they are a lot more streamlined. There's been a few new RP games since Hero City, though the latest thing is that a lot of us have gotten into D&D. No Hero City sequels so far, alas, but there's still people writing about them now and then.

I hope you're recovery from architecture school goes well, and that school in general has been alright, as it definitely sounded like an intensive program when you talked about it before. I think losing yourself to responsibilities is something we've all faced before (I definitely had my bout of it during this year's past spring semester >>). Hopefully here you can get some good rest and recovery here~

We got a couple new rp's, namely Wrighton and Naelus (which if you're curious, can both be read in Memory Lane), and some potential new events coming up! I've been trying to work on one myself, so we'll see x3 Neopets also has a couple events going on, like a costume contest, and we've got our latest NT collab to theme of Neovian Gothic.

Hopefully you can settle back in well, great to see you back :3
