On this subject, here's topics I wish they would have covered:
- What is New TNT's stance on technology within NT stories, considering the recent advancements in tech in Neopia?
- Since New TNT has become more accepting/open/advocative of those who are disabled/etc and those who are ND, can we add those elements into our stories without violating the "injuries that don't go away after a while etc" rule from ages past?
- If they have fixed the form eating the carrot brackets, can they confirm that was fixed so that we don't incorrectly assume that they have no understanding of how their own form works?
- What about the multiple heads rule concerning the recent wearables that add those?
- Will part one, part two, etc ever return to series NT stories? Currently it's really confusing with different parts having the exact same title.

The thing about the no permanent injuries rule has been that pirate coloured pets have had peg legs, eye patches, and hooks for hands for a long time now. So it's always been an odd one.
Also from Editorial 979
"In the past, users who have discussed their disabilities/medical conditions on the Neoboards and elsewhere have received warnings. Characters with permanent disabilites are not allowed in entries to the Neopian Times either. With the introduction of disability aids/medical related items on-site, have these policies changed? What is New TNT's stance on technology within NT stories, considering the recent advancements in tech in Neopia? I'm sure they allow cell phones, computers and other modern tech now. Oh I'm sure they do too, but it'd be a lot easier if it was all in one place and stated clearly vs being based on the best guesses of writers/users or based on scattered editorial articles. |
