I'm considering cosplaying as Faith for Halloween, but then I remember the Halloween episode where Giles, cautiously, asked Willow, "And what are you supposed to be?" to which Willow defensively says, "A ghost!" and Giles replies, again, cautiously, "Well... yes... a ghost of what exactly?"
I feel like I'll get that a lot. But potentially it could help if I whittled my very own stake.
Halloween is a slow night for the undead, but I still might need it, right?
Tbh though if I could go as anyone I'd go as Spike, but my hair is too long now and leather trenchcoats are ultra expensive.
I kind of wanted to go as a metaphor for the show, but I'll get the question "What are you supposed to be?" way too often and I'm not sure if I want to put the extra work in trying to explain how I'm so madly in love with a show that ended in 2003 because of how deeply I relate to someone who slays (and boinks) vampires.
Clearly I do not do those things and that is not why I relate to Buffy. But, see, it's overly complicated already.
Maybe I'll just dress up as Nellie Bly.

I pretty much just surmised why I don't have a social life outside the internet. But that's okay.
