Hello all, not sure if anyone remembers me since it's been a while, but on Neopets I'm Bluecloud300.
Unfortunately I can't log in to my account anymore. I noticed this because I got a neocash confirmation email, and I had been inactive for a long time.
I don't know how this could have happened. But while I wasn't active on Neopets, I still don't want someone else using my account. My poor Amikarashui and Anveda have been turned into Zombie Aishas D':
I tried sending a password reset email, but no email has come, even though I got the neocash email.
Also, my side account __jade_sage__ can't be logged into either D:
I created a new account and submitted a ticket for it, I hope I can be able to log back in.
Just thought anyone that still remembered me should know.

Sorry to hear about your account, it sounds like someone was able to get into your accounts. It's strange to hear that you haven't received the email, but it's probable that the email was already changed.
The only other option for both your main and side is to self freeze them.

Jade No WAY, that account, disfiguring those pets, that is, that's SACRILEGE, do they have no idea of the LEGACY of Ami?! D: (Hi, I have nothing of use to suggest, just the indignation of a long-time fan.) I hope your account is restored soon! Some accounts seem to be restored quite fast. There are ticket waiting boards on the Help chat to help catch the support staff's attention. (And I'm guessing you've already found this highly informative thread, but have a link just in case)

One thing I've noticed that helps get tickets answered sometimes is posting the ticket number on Neo's Facebook page and Instagram. It worked for me when my accounts were frozen back in May. Along with the ticket waiting boards, they might help get your tickets answered and accounts back.

They got into your new account too? That's strange, I'm wondering if maybe your browser got infected with malware that sends the hacker your account information. I don't know what to suggest, maybe check add-ons or delete and reinstall the browser? Also, did you have add-ons like AdBlock and uBlock Origins?

I don't think I got hacked again, I think Neopets is just being dumb. The email address I used to create the account it says isn't valid, so I can't send the password reset to it. I've changed all my passwords at some point to just update them, so no one should have access to my emails, and I just deleted my cookies/saved passwords.
I do have adblock ultimate on firefox.

Thank you everyone for your kind words.
I did send another email, mostly just to let them know that I can't access the new account I created to submit the ticket. Hopefully they contact me by email and not that new account. I also provided some history of my account and items I had in hopes that it helps prove who I am.
To be honest since I've been away from Neopets... I've heard bad things about the new owners. But I'm hoping they can quickly fix this. I feel really uneasy about this, it's like finding out someone has been in my home and wearing my clothes and using my things without my knowledge. It's just a gross feeling. I may not have been using my account but I love my pets and didn't want this for them.

I can view both of those accounts' profiles without seeing any messages saying that they're frozen, or anything of the sort. If you try to log in and they're frozen, the site normally tells you so immediately.

Hello everyone. I just wanted to update that I was finally able to get my accounts Bluecloud300 and __jade_sage__ back! I guess when they were changing their support system from the help tickets to support@neopets.com, someone finally answered my emails and was able to help me. They changed Amikarashui and Anveda back to their correct species/color, which I'm very thankful for.
For my main account Bluecloud300, my bank account and sdb seemed to be unaffected thankfully. But my closet and all my NC items (which I had A LOT of) were gone D': I'm not sure why my bank and sdb were fine, but not my closet, as I had a PIN for all of them, so if they could access my closet, they could access the rest. Maybe they weren't planning on leaving the account, and that's why my np wasn't moved? I dunno to be honest ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ I'm just really glad my pets are ok. The person who helped me gain access to my accounts asked me what items are missing; I don't know if they can be recovered/replaced, but if not that's just a lot of NC/real money that got stolen from me D': And I'm not gonna go back to being active again and buying NC just to recover all the rare/valuable items that got stolen.
My side account __jade_sage__ was thankfully not affected at all. I don't think it was hacked into at all to be honest, because I saw I was getting neomails that the password reset emails were being bounced back from my email service provider (so thanks for that, email people). Which, btw, it's so helpful that Neopets is messaging me that the emails to reset my password are being bounced on the account that I'm trying to reset my password for. So yeah -__-.
I forgot I had this account, but I had another side account (bakurath) to hold other pet species/colors I liked, that appears to be frozen due to suspicious activity. I wonder if it got hacked as well, since again, I hadn't been on Neopets for years, so I wasn't doing anything with it. I emailed the same person helping me with recovering my NC items, so hopefully I can get that account back.

Congrats on getting your accounts back!
As for your missing NC items, while you may not be able to get the items back you may be able to get the NC back. As long as you didn't buy all your NC through gift cards, you could call your bank and get a list of transactions. You may want to talk with the TNT staff helping you exactly what you need to do.
