Alright everyone! The forum has voted, and chosen four of the themes for our upcoming Spirit Weeks event! =D
Those themes are...
Impersonate a Forumer (Woohoo!)
Comics (online and physical) (Yippee!)
Songs (Huzzah!)
Fictional Creatures (e.g. Neopets, Pokemon) (Yeehaa!)
A poll has now gone up to select our fifth and final theme! Each forumer will only be permitted one vote for this tiebreaker poll, so we can truly determine which theme is most beloved. This poll will close on the 6th of April- get voting, people!

Spirit Weeks will be held in the following order. The dates are subject to review, and feedback is always welcomed:
Fictional Creatures (April 10th-14th)
Comics (April 14th-18th)
Villains (April 18th-22nd)
Impersonate a Forumer (April 22nd-27th)
Songs (April 27th-May 31st)

Question with the impersonate a forumer: before we change our profiles for such an occasion, is it expected that you notify the forumer you're impersonating before you do so if they're a currently active user, partially to see if they're okay with it, and also to avoid repeats? I can't recall if repeats was frowned upon in past Spirit Weeks, but I thought I'd just check to see if there was any extra decorum for that theme ^^

Last time I believe we did ask permission (I'm a bit foggy on that- me and Sporty switched profiles, so we kinda had to! Not sure about everyone else.)
But yeah, I'd say asking seems like a good idea.

Allison From what I remember from past spirit weeks, you can participate in as many or as little themes as you'd like!

That's correct! You can participate in just one theme if you like, or a couple, or all!

Feel free to keep chatting in this thread- whether as the assorted creatures you're dressed as, or as your good selves.
This theme has gone up a bit early, because I have to leave early tomorrow morning. When we switch themes on the fourteenth, it'll be a good ten-twelve hours later in the day.
