Hey hey, it's 2019, new year, new art! But also it's been one year since I started this thread (along with starting to draw again for my project) and it's crazy to see how different my art's become in that time!
Happy Birthday - Digital, a drawing I did to commemorate the occasion. As you can see, Prometheus is a bad cook.
Prometheus - new design - Digital, I've been doing a new design for Prometheus, this was the first one I did. Gave him some tufts of fur and also used a color palette from the game to get a more accurate hue.
Prometheus - Puzzled - Digital, another test drawing in the new style.
Prometheus - Angry - Digital, another test drawing in the new style, this time with added fire.
Prometheus - Laughing - Digital, another test drawing in the new style, but you know what? We don't see enough of Happy!Prometheus, and we should, because he's got a nice cute warmth to him.
Bugsy - Digital, second badge gym leader, bug expert. This one used my old style of shading.
LGPE Protagonist - Digital, part of a banner for a written log nuzlocke I'm doing of the new pokemon games. Don't ask about the martini glass.
I also made some more models recently.
MS-06 "Zaku II" 1/144 scale HG Gunpla kit, I like the generic mobile suits in the Gundam series the most, they're the ones that explode the most so that's where the action is.
GP01 "Zephyranthes" 1/144 scale HG Gunpla kit, this kit was really huge for a high grade kit! It came with its own stand and the blades on the back transform into a detachable aircraft! I also took one of the beam sabre pieces and attached it to the muzzle of the ion rifle, so it looks like it's firing a tracer round, which fit really well with the pose I gave it.
RGM-79GS GM Command Space Type 1/144 scale HG Gunpla kit, this one was fairly simple and quick to make, it's of another mass production model like the Saku or Leo, except this is a good-guys one instead of yknow, evil.
unknown gunpla 1/144 scale RG Gunpla kit, okay I accidentally threw out the box for this one so I don't remember what it's called. It's the first real grade kit I attempted. The major difference is that the real grade models have an internal skeleton that allows a lot more different poses. There are also more parts and a ton more decals to apply. In the amount of time it took me to make a normal high grade kit, I could only make one limb of this one.
I also took a few photos!
Blood Moon - Photograph, 1 second exposure time, 48x zoom, 3200 iso. Taken during the total lunar eclipse, I didn't have a tripod and that made for taking long exposures difficult. The 4 second ones were all blurry but the 1 second ones with my ghetto set up turned out nice, this is the best from that set.
That's all! Here's to another year of more mediocre effort on my part heh heh!
