Celestial Ha, I love it. Bill is usually super srsface but he has moments where he indulges in well deserved if immature revenge pranks. (The time he gave Nyx a portal haircut also comes to mind). Nice detail on the feet visible through the gate, and the expressions are all really fun. Thank you, Merry Christmas.

Awwww, they are indeed adorable in that pic together =DDD Thank you so much, it's such a fun picture both with the dynamic poses and how they each capture the characters' personalities x33 Also, kudos for managing to fit in most of their outfits' accessories, lol I hadn't realized how many each of them had xD I'm also digging the detail that went into the background; haha, there wasn't a volcano in the story before, but now I need to find a place to put one! xD

The background I was going for was some exotic holiday destination, like Hawaii, or the Canary Islands or Bali or something like that. If you want to work that into the story, that would be awesome! I love the juxtaposition of the intense background of powerful cosmic happenings with the tender scene in the foreground. The ladies are sitting there so casually, taking care of more important matters. And the glow that's coming from right between them (no one can tell them to leave room for the cosmic nature glow thingy, hah) is all soft and rounded and makes the scene look intimate despite the fact that they're right in the foreground. Big kudos for the buildings.

Ohh gosh the amount of thought and detail put into all of these is fantastic, I'm so impressed at the creativity gone into each concept and SO MANY full backgrounds and shading, wow?!! Getting eleven full drawings done by Christmas is a massive undertaking (I don't manage to finish that many scenes in a normal month, haha) and I'm super impressed by how much effort you went to for everyone!! I can absolutely relate to the frenzied finishing-at-3am-on-Christmas-morning rush, I can only imagine what a wild marathon that was getting everything planned and ready (seriously, eleven, ouch that's so many)?!! I hope you get to take a LONG rest and sleep after all your hard work while people enjoy your beautiful presents! The scene with Korra and Asami looks so quiet and tender with their hands clasped in the darkened light and the aurora glowing overhead! I'm not sure of the context but the buildings look a bit surreal and decayed/overgrown, so it's almost like something new is growing amid old wreckage. I'm amazed by all the detail in this Hero City scene, with the brick wall and trash cans scattered around, and Bill looks so nonchalant casually holding up his fist and holding Chlory's collar with the other hand while DUDE BRO flails among the trash bags with his hand sticking through the portal XD Don't worry, DUDE BRO, at least that banana peel matches your cape! I love the meteorologist rabbit, I feel like it should be a vintage illustration from Alice in Wonderland or something! The way the rabbit is looking and holding up the measuring gadget makes me feel like I'm out there observing the swirly twister along with them, under the hanging clouds and with the wind rushing through the grasses. I love how the vest is blowing back and even the rabbit's fur is ruffling and they have to hold onto their hat from the strong wind. They look excited to be out in the field, not scared at all of being so close to a wild tornado! I thought at first the wallaby island was a fantasy land, but it's even cooler to know it's real! XD It totally feels like a travel poster that I imagine advertising or welcoming people to the wallaby island! (The real poster is so cool too, thank you for linking it! I love the open feeling of the lake with the shadow of clouds over it!) The bright colors look so sunny and inviting, I love how the trees frame the wallaby and the sticks drift in the water with those cliffs in the background, I feel like I'm really seeing a snapshot of the place! I can see why they're called red-necked wallabies, too! XD REI looks so cybernetic (I'm probably not using that word right)--I love the detail and texture on their body, with all the metal panels mixed with... fur? (The shape makes me think of fur, but the texture somehow reminds me of wood?) The bright colored mushroom forest definitely looks alien under that ominously clouded green sky and moon (..and sun?! Definitely alien, if I'm seeing this right!) That robot Lightmite, er alien bug, had better fly away fast if it wants to stay out of those shiny jointed claws! I love the window out onto space visible in the Deep Space 9 background, with the glowing planet and vastness of all the stars lying just beyond the cozy scene happening inside the spaceship! The expressions on their faces look so adoring, like it's completely safe with the one resting in the lap, they'll protect each other no matter what. I love the bluish shadow on the red shirt and how the fabric shines and bunches up, and the smile wrinkles around the bigger one's eyes! Steven and Connie look so cool in your style, they both look so determined and FIERCE!! Steven looks like he's putting all his strength into holding the shield for Connie, and Connie looks like she's about to jump off the shield straight into the fray with her braid swinging and sword held high! She looks like she's been working out! (And I'm sure the dramatic pink streaks will be a big hit! >> An anime background suits the show perfectly! XD) Jeran in armor! I love how the metal looks so shiny! His pose is very dramatic, he looks like he's gritting his teeth ready to defend the castle to the death! BUT WE KNOW HE'LL WIN, OF COURSE. It's nostalgic to see a Jeran picture, he always reminds me of Nimras but I've always found him hard to draw XD The stone pattern on the ground is so cool too, I love how the pebbles interlock! The holiday photo is super colorful with the bright clothing and rainbow hair! The one with green gloves seems to be mock-pushing the middle one away, but the dark-haired one is holding the arm wrapped around her close and they all look like they're laughing and having fun on the beach, what a loving family! Margot looks very sure of herself, carrying herself with an air of sophistication and a bit of a smirk? Her boots look ready for action, and it seems like she's knowingly scanning the situation wondering when to make a move. The way she cradles her arm looks graceful and refined, and her wide stance hints that she's ready to take charge! That looks like a perfect Greek-themed diner! I love the mottled stone texture on the table and how the pillar and windows look like Greek columns, with the ivy and pattern around the base of the booths making it feel very Greek at the same time as the setting and checkered floor definitely make it clear it's a diner! I love the light coming in through the window and how the branch under the logo looks painted. Kaldora looks so relaxed leaning over the table and casually dropping food to the cat with her other hand, and her purple skin looks great with the diner's blue; her coloring is so cool! What a pretty striped cat, I hope they can wait patiently for the fry instead of jumping up and eating it from the table, look how many more are on the plate! XD It looks like a very relaxing lunch for them both! (Sorry if I interpreted any of these wrong, I wasn't familiar with the context of several >>) I hope you had a merry Christmas, too!  |

Nut Thank you so, so, so much for all this feedback, and on every single picture, no less! <3 That means so much to me to get compliments from you, since I admire your art a lot. It was quite a marathon getting all these done, to the point where I spent most of my free time drawing, but it was a lot of fun and I do love making my friends happy, so I consider it worth it. Since you took the time to give me all this feedback, I think I'll respond to your comments one by one. It's the least you deserve. ^^ Context for Korra and Asami: At the end of Season 2, Republic City gets overgrown by spirit wilds. And at the end of season 4, the energy from spirit vines, though a long, complicated process, opens a new spirit portal (the glowy column of light). The decaying buildings are the ruined parts of Republic City which is overgrown by spirit wilds. Spoiler free, you're pretty much spot on about new growing from the old, so I am super happy that carries over. Regarding the Hero City pic, the post I drew from is right here so you can compare, if you wish. But thank you. ^.^ I do get carried away by details a lot. Considering how much I love the illustrations in Alice In Wonderland, that is a high compliment, whoa. But yeah, the rabbit was really, really fun to draw, especially with consideration for the wind. Quite a bit of that picture I based from this stock photo here (down to the branches) because I wanted to have a view to Ben Lomond, the iconic mountain that looks over the Loch. The red neck I have stylised a lot because I wanted it to stand out (IRL, they are not so bright). But I am happy it does look like an actual travel poster, thank you. ^^ REI is supposed to be furry, yep. I think I made it a bit stiff, hence why it looks a bit wooden. I do think "cybernetic" is the right word, since it is a mixture of organic and mechanical, so you're fine there. But thanks! And haha, I did not even realise the bugs look like Lightmites until you mentioned it. xD I think I mainly did them as a cross between moths and wasps. Confession time: when I got the idea, I wanted to keep that window so badly, just because I wanted to draw space. The characters are supposed to be Weyoun 6 and Ezri Drax, (Elcie sent me refs, and I mostly used this one and this one) But yeees, I am happy that the adoration and protectiveness comes across. <3 That's something I wanted to capture, even if I did not know the characters well. =DD I am so happy that comes across, because that's what I was trying to portay with Connie and Steven. I imagine Pearl has been training Connie well, since why she looks like she's been working out. As for the pink...well, I know my audience well. x3 I did my best to have a dramatic and dynamic pose with Jeran, since him being the only subject, the picture risked being a bit bland. But thank you! It was quite nostalgic for me to draw a Neopets picture too. Now I want to draw something for the art gallery. xD *nods* Twillie specified that the one with green gloves (the daughter of the other two) takes after her dad in terms of sense of humour and childlike nature, so I tried to capture that. I am happy that the relationships and personalities of the characters come across, since it's something I wanted to capture. Without going into spoilers, Nat told me that she was a revolutionary leader, so I did my best to try to get that across, as well as the bits of personality that she told me about. If you're picking all of that up, I think I succeeded, so whoo. \o/ The branch is actually painted, so I am glad it looks like that. x3 The colour scheme was unintentional, but now that you mention it, yeah, Kaldora looks good against it, so yay for unintentional matching! I did my best to give it a nice atmosphere, and give Kaldora a nice, relaxing time, since the poor lady does have a tough time in canon. xD (Honestly, you got most of them spot on, and that is a really encouraging sign for me. A picture is supposed to tell a story, so I am really happy that, even without context, things do come across more or less how I intended them.) Again, thanks so much for the feedback. <3 It means a lot, especially coming from you!

But I did see this on Christmas and it totally made my day! Weyoun and Ezri look so cute and happy together, and the background is lovely! Honestly, all the requests are amazing!! I'm really impressed at how cool and detailed they all are!
