Christmas is coming, and with that, it is the season for giving presents to those you care about. Now, a lot of you are my friends, who I care about deeply, but I have no way of giving you physical presents, and not much of an idea of what to give. But I also need to practice my drawing skills and do things that are outside my comfort zone. So why not combine the two and draw some Christmas presents for some NTWFers? =D Here's how it will work: Step 1: Decide what you want. There are two options: - Request: You can ask me to draw something specific for you. If you choose this option, provide me with as much of a description as you can. If you have references, please supply those too. I am a sucker for details. If you don't provide me with enough, I might PM or IM you to ask some things. You don't want that, do you? =P
- Surprise: Just say you want a surprise and I will do my best to come up with a drawing that you like.
Step 2:Decide whether you want your drawing to be: - A: In colour (can do monochrome if you specify colours)
- B: Black and white
Step 3:Do you want this drawing to be: - A: Done digitally (using GIMP)
- B: Done traditionally (Most likely done in pencils and inks)*
* If you so desire and are comfortable sharing your home address with me, I can send you the original piece of art. Do specify this, however, and PM me your address by the deadline. It is likely, however, that due to our postal system you will receive it after Christmas. Aaand that's it! First come, first served. Deadline will be the 21st December and I will unveil all drawings by Christmas. However, bear in mind that my life can get kind of hectic unexpectly sometimes, and if there is a large volume, I might not get everything finished. If that happens, I will let you know and I will do my best to get everything done, most likely by the time New Year rolls around. I will try to get everything done on time, however! I would love a surprise done traditionally, if that's okay! I'll let you decide if you want to do it on color or black and white, I have no preference. It would be awesome to get it in the mail too, but let me know if that's okay, since I live far away and I know international mail can be expensive. ^^;

Ooooh fun! Could you draw me something Hero City related? But as for the exact subject... surprise me. If there's a character you need a ref for that I haven't drawn just ask and I can knock something together.
As for the medium/colors/etc... again, surprise me. Whatever you feel motivated/inspired for.
You already shipped me British cadbury cream eggs earlier this year, so I won't force you to pay international shipping for me a second time. XD

Request/Surprise?: Could you draw my robot character, REI? ( reference) (REI is an older model of a popular brand of personal robots called Alibots. Due to the wear from her age, she has lost a few fur coverings, her joints are squeaky, her voice box no longer works properly, and her ears sometimes pop off. She's a bit of a mess, but carries on with her daily duties regardless!) Colour/Black and White?: Colour! Traditional or Digital?: Traditional If traditional, want the original?: I would love to have the original! Other details?; I don't have any specific poses or scenery in mind, but it might be worth mentioning that REI lives on a space station and has also probably visited a few alien planets. Feel free to plop her into any interesting space scenery you'd like! EDIT: There's also this reference. It's a little off-model, but shows her from the front.

I understand this is kind of late, but if you're still taking any requests, would you be willing to do one that's just "surprise me" all across the board? xD;
Honestly, whatever subject you feel would fit (let me know if you need any particular details, though), and whatever configuration is easiest for you (which means most likely no sending originals across the ocean via carrier Weewoo), if possible! (Unless you're motivated to do extra pizzazzy things for whatever reason)

Merry Christmas, everyone! It took a lot of effort on my part to get all these done on time (the last one I finished at 3 am on Christmas day) but I finally have them ready! =D Here they are! Remember, if you said you wanted these sent to you (I think that was only Killix and Elcie, please send me your address so I can get them 'shipped) I hope everyone likes them! Some came out not exactly as I envisioned, but I still did my best, so please enjoy. ^^ So, in no particular order: Liou You asked for Korra and Asami, and well...(obviously spoilers for Legend of Korra season 4 below, in more ways than one.)  I originally had no idea what to do with the background, other than I wanted to draw aurora, but it was cold around the northern and southern spirit portals. So I did the Republic City one. This was lots of fun to do, although buildings. I think Korra and Asami do look like themselves though, so yay for that. It took me a bit of time to come up with a scene, before I realised that the obvious choice would be to do one of my favourite moments in the Hero City RP proper. =D  Bill revealing his powers and sending DUDE BRO flying was beautiful. Originally, it had a more interesting composition (looking over Bill's shoulder as DUDE BRO falls in the trash), but I re-read the scene and realised Chlory was there, so I had to simplify a lot to fit everyone in. Also, now I hope you know why I was scrambling trying to get a reference for Chlorolad/Elwood. I got the idea for yours almost immediately, and in terms of originality, it's my favourite.  You're studying to be a meteorologist, and your favourite animal is a rabbit, so what better than a storm chasing, meteorologist rabbit? =D Fun fact: I inked most of this while minding a Christmas stall in a local town. Out of all of these, yours is the most high-concept. xD  This is a red-necked wallaby on the isle of Inchconnachan on Loch Lomond, the only feral wallaby population in Scotland. What's more, the style is based on vintage British rail posters such as this one. You can read more about the wallaby story here. I did mess up the size of the wallaby just a little, but I claim aristic licence! ^_^ And you got the most surreal request. xD  It took me a while to decide what kind of alien landscape I wanted to do. I settled on "mushrooms in crazy colours" because what's more psychedelic and alien than that? REI is supposed to be chasing some alien bugs right here, like a real doggy. x3 'SHIPPY FLUFF [  I think I did pretty well, considering I am not familiar with the characters or the show (though I would like to be). I could not pin down via Google Images a good look of the interior of the Deep Space 9, so I made one up based on the images I did find and what I read on the Memory Alpha wiki. Regardless, I hope it meets your level of satisfaction for 'shippy fluff. :3 It took me a bit of a while to come up with an idea for you. In the end, it came to me while I was browsing your Inktober drawings.  Steven and Connie (in my style, not the shows)! Since you drew Stevonnie, I thought I'd draw them working together, especially because there is a lot of pink in their designs. The background is very anime style because I did not want to distract from the characters and also emphasise the movement. I did try some perspective work here, which came out a little wonky, but regardless, I hope you enjoy it. ^^ Yo dawg, I heard you like knight dawgs...  So here's Jeran doing a kickbutt pose. This was fun to do (and a bit more perspective practice) and I realise I had never drawn Jeran before, ever, so that was cool. You have such a cute family of characters...  And every cute family needs cute holiday photos framed around their house! =D I really like this bunch. They were super colourful (duh) and full of personality. @natthewriter I love this lady.  In comparison to the others, it looked a bit bland, so I hope you don't mind that I used your character for crosshatching practice. ^^ I think it didn't come out half-bad. And last but not least Coaster, I just went with the old classic: the mashup.  Well, Kaldora is a dimensional traveller, so why not? =P It occured to me while I was colouring that I had assumed that Gyro City had no design aside from "Greek-themed diner" and I never checked. That is entirely my bad. 8D;; If I made a mistake, well...maybe this is AU Gyro City Kaldora landed in? So, there we have it. Eleven requests, all wrapped up and delivered under the tree.
