We don't really have an active one of these, so I thought I'd just go ahead and make one. I know I'd feel comfortable lending any of you guys.

Guidelines!
(these are pretty basic so if you're already familiar with lending you can pretty much ignore)
- "Collateral" is a deposit paid temporarily to a lender, to cover the loss in case something happens to an item. You can pay either full, partial, or no collat depending on the lender's discretion. Collateral is not offered on pets, only on items.
- When borrowing an item, it is good practice to have your inventory otherwise full--if you get a freak random event it would be horrible to lose somebody else's item. Using either junk items or Pant Devil Attractors is acceptable. Realistically the risk is quite small, but it gives the lender some peace of mind!
- Neopets rules: Multiple people contributing to the money to pay for collateral is NOT allowed, you can only offer what you have. Otherwise it is considered item pooling. (And yes, this does mean you can only lend the full amount for the Adam avatar.) Also this should really go without saying but if someone is trying to profit off a lend, something is wrong!
- Neopets' policy is to consider lends an "unsupported transaction". This means that, while scammers will get frozen, it's extremely unlikely any stolen items will actually be returned. You lend at your own risk and TNT cannot step in unless an actual scam is involved.
- Communicate! Know when you're supposed to be online, how you're going to swap stuff around, how many transfers you each have. Nobody wants to miscommunicate, lose a pet, or have their honest confusion mistaken for a scam attempt.
- You always have the right to politely decline!
