SITE STUFF:Q: Would there ever be a guild purge?
A: Never discussed it, but I can make a note of it so we can talk about it and see what we think.
Q: I was wondering if we will be able to spend our leftover Charity Corner points soon?
A: This was being worked on with great vigour, until the programmer had to put it aside to meet a few other deadlines. It's not being worked on at the moment, but I'm hoping she can get back to work as soon as work lets down a bit. I don't want to hint at dates, because that rarely ever turns out well.
Q: 5 years ago there was a question submitted to the editorial about changing our neopet's names and the response was that it would take many months and would also be a paid service. Is staff still considering implementing this as an option?
A: I think it's come up a few times, but it's not something we're actively considering right now. We've got a lot on our plates right now, so it may be a while before we start looking at projects like this again.
Q: May you please let us know if the NC Cards will make a return to Australia and other countries someday?
A: This is not something I have any say in, or have any knowledge about, I'm sorry.
Q: A UK player here. Any chance you can have someone Brit-pick your site? I miss seeing UK spelling and phrases here. Seeing references for "Fall" things is just weird.
A: Good point. I think some of us could do with a reminder of our roots.
Q: Also are they any plans to make Neopets a Secure site?
A: Yes, it's one of the things that are actively being worked on.
Q: You have noticed the commitment and talent of users but how do you feel about users creating, say an avatar. are we possibly hindering you or possibly blocking your creativity/originality when other users might see something released and it looks very similar to something a user has done (much like the Spring Toy Korbat debacle) and the user feeling like they should be getting their dues? I mean I feel like we can't really block their creativity, they're a team that regularly releases a couple items each weekday and we rarely get those debacles but do the creative artists/users sometimes irk you?
A: You can create whatever you want, please don't feel like you have to avoid certain categories or themes because it might hinder us. If anything, you're an inspiration to us.

Q: Is there anything being done to make the filters less sensitive to words containing filtered words?
A: There is nothing being done about the filters at the moment.
Q: Us premium users still cannot transfer 6th pet to our accounts. Is there any hope this being finally fixed?
A: I did ask my colleagues to look into this, but not sure what happened thereafter. I will follow up.
Q: Bad of me to ask if there will be any continuation for the Wraith Resurgence plot?
A: Not in the foreseeable future.
Q: Do you know if Kaia Quests are functional if you're playing/browsing in Chinese?
A: We have not tested them for players using Chinese.

LANDS:Q: My real question is, hypothetically, if there was a land of jelly with an ourdated map, will this hypothetical land get a shiny new HTML5 map like Altador, Meridell and Brightvale?

Q: how many map HTML5 conversions can we expect for 2018?
A: I really can't say.
Q: Meridell map letter links, can they be embiggened?
A: Meridell map is going to be tweaked a bit in due time to make it easier to use and to put the Symol Hole back in there.
GAMES/DAILIES/BATTLEDOME:Q: For your answer last time about revamping plushie tycoon, I think that some long time players would love to see some changes/additions to it, can it be put on a later to do list to look into?
A: This has been brought up before, we'll see when we get there.
Q: Are there any updates on the world challenge?
A: Nope, we've had a lot come our way.
Q: Can we have an update on the King Skarl prize pool? In particular, I wanted to know if the Skarl Collectable Charm has been activated?
A: Not sure if i mentioned this before - this was all done and ready to go, but the programmer was asked to rewrite the entire code (it was old) and then he put the whole project off for a while while finishing off other assignments. I've been pestering him about it for a while now, so I'm hoping he'll get back to it soon. The charm is not active right now.
Q: During a previous Q&A, you seemed open to the idea of creating a high score table for top trophy collectors, maybe with an associated avatar for top 50 (or other criteria). I was wondering if that was still a possibility?
A: I still think those are ideas worth considering, but we haven't gotten there yet.
Q: In the Battlepedia, weapons are listed as either Close Attack or Ranged Attack. What do those classifications mean?
A: I can't answer that. If you can send it in to the Editorial, I'll check with Binary_supagoo if he knows the answer to that.
Q: Can one of your programmers take a look at the Monthly Multiplayer Competitions? The calendar is severely bugged, since many years ago round 2 starts (maybe) after round 4 and trophies are given out almost randomly.
A: Can you name a few? I doubt I'll be able to respond to your answer, so all I can say is that I'll add it to our backlog.
Q: I'm not sure your aware of them but as it stands there are 205 Trophys and 6 Avatars which are unobtainable to my account as scores never enter the high score tables. This is affecting numerous accounts and the new avatars requiring highscores are adding to the pain. Can you provide updates for us?
A: I have no update at the moment, but I can check with my colleagues and see if they've made any progress with this bug.
Q: Colored playing pieces in games given different designs for color blind players?
A: Changing the color scheme of existing games sounds like a huge project that we're not ready for.
Q: Are you aware that there is an error in the delivery of trophies and avatars in the games?
A: We know there are some accounts that are having trouble with high score tables. I'm not sure what progress has been made, but I can check.
AVATARS:Q: I'd like to see an avatar for ghost bopper?

ITEMS:Q: Do you guys still have plans to update the stamp images and remove the white backgrounds? It has been a long time since we received an update on the petition we created.
A: Yes, nearly all of the stamp avatar images have been updated to have transparent backgrounds. As for the petition, it was decided by the team that we will only update the Altador stamp avatar, and that is ready. Should be out next week, if not this one.
Q: Also, anything on the re-release of old r101 and r180 stamps?
A: I can't say anything about this right now, but it's very much on our priority list.
Q: My pet loves reading books and feeding on gourmets, but I'm coming across more and more items he considers boring/yuck! Would you consider changing it so pets can read/eat all books/foods?
A: we've discussed a workaround to that, not sure when it may be implemented though.
