I didn't update last week because I'd completed almost nothing from my list. xD But here's some miiiild headway?
I'm declaring Mountain Sound complete, and hopefully I'll stop poking it.
I finished reading your 2016 Trick-or-Treat houses! So wonderfully creative, guys. <333
And since I finished my other main reading quests (*quietly nudges Book #3 under the rug*), I also reread the early summaries and started reading Hero City from where I left off in October! I'm currently around page 22 or so and making Madge notes as I go. That RP thing there's probably several novels long. xP Looking forward to seeing what happens! =D

I made a big overhaul on my list since most of the items were either outdated or just hard to report on, so I've added new things such as job applications and an art check list! Job apps are probably my biggest task right now, and they're going well so far. I've finished and had peer reviewed a general resume (although I may add a couple things to it still), and I think three applications have been officially sent. I've got others I'm still in the process of finishing, and I'm also continuously looking for other places to apply to.
Not much else to report on, but with a more updated list, hopefully I'll have more to say next week!

Finished Javascript last Thursday. Had graduation on Saturday. With classes done, I've had more time to devote to art. So since Sunday, I've been able to get back into doing something art related every day. Including these two adorable Chibis: scarletscribbles.deviantart.com/art/Chibi-Storm-680865640 scarletscribbles.deviantart.com/art/Chibi-Yibit-680484199 I also did some random organizing as well. Started the leg work for putting up the wall stickers. Pulled out my sewing machine, which will make making the pet rat hammock easier. Mostly just felt like a week to collapse after a long semester, but I did still get some stuff accomplished.

This week was... in terms of Spring Cleaning things, fairly uneventful. Mostly all I did for it was read. I'm about halfway through a book. I'd be farther on it, but it's kind of a heavy-content read, and sometimes I'm just not in the right mood for it, which sometimes leads to me skipping a day because I'm not having a good one.
Definitely plan to finish it before the end of the month, though! Just one of those books where I've got to take my time.
...I haven't done anything else regarding my list. ='D Given that it's approximately the final week, I wonder if I should do some productivity wars (at least soloing it) to get some last few things down, or at least make some last few bits of progress. It's the finaaaal countdooooooown~
(After which I will probably still work on things because I still need to get some of these things done.)

Monday, right. I...wrote a few poems. Sought help from my pastor and soon from someone trustworthy. I think relying on others to help is a good step in becoming a better person.
I'm more aware of my shortcomings and am actively working on them. Why, today, I didn't blow up on my dad and used the rage on the cake batter, getting it nice and flat without letting it get to me too much.
It's not progress in a creative sense, but there is progress nonetheless.
Oh yeah, and I totally forgot, I won't be able to get dat license until June 13.
In another town. |D

Yeeah, update day. My problem is that my projects (especially the abandoned ones that ended up in this event) tend to be enormous and time-consuming in a way that doesn't lend itself to easy palatable milestones. For the past two weeks, I've been chipping away at the sketchbook cover, which both sounds and feels like I didn't get much done at all, nevermind that the bleedin' thing currently has 43 layers and is at 55 MB. It should be done soon, at least.
(At the same time, this event has been great for keeping me chipping away at things, which is better than complete abandonment, so I've started to wish that it'd become an open-ended project completion thread instead of having a definite endpoint.)

(At the same time, this event has been great for keeping me chipping away at things, which is better than complete abandonment, so I've started to wish that it'd become an open-ended project completion thread instead of having a definite endpoint.) Same re: "this event's kept me working on stuff" - I wonder if, after this official event is over, we could make a non-time-dependent project completion thread. (I'm definitely already thinking about making a new list for the next three months when this is over, reporting thread or no, but that extra bit of accountability is nice) My progress - yeeeah, hit a nasty bit of writer's block this week, so not very much done on my writing projects. I did a bunch of sketching and even a bit of digital art, but none of it was the stuff on my list. >.> On the other hand, I'm starting to watch my show in the evenings again so I'll probably get back to doing art while I'm watching that. I did finish formatting all my Flight Rising bios, aside from a few tweaks I'll still need to make here and there (changed the template a bit as I went along because of course I did). And now I have like 48 bios to write/finish writing, which is just, y'know, mildly insane. But I set that as a bonus goal so I might not worry about it, especially with that aforementioned writer's block.

More Art, Chibi Sparks joins the gang: www.deviantart.com/art/Chibi-Sparks-681201672Also sketched some. I was looking over my list more carefully, and I noticed that I had "Come up with more characters" on there. I have been doing that all along. At the least, I've been working on an impish character who causes problems in your code, a mysterious girl who might have something more going on, and this week I started working on a hero girl. None of them are really finished, but they don't have to be, just so that they're around when the time comes I need a character that fits the bill. Even though that's something I can always work more on, I think I'll go ahead and cross it off, because I have accomplished something there, and so much on my list is open ended anyway. I think I might go camping in June. It was suggested that I could go to Alaska to climb a tree and see the insect life, because then I'd be June with a Junebug in Juniper in Juneau in June. I also did a lot of yard work this week, but that wasn't really on my radar in March, so it didn't make the list. I don't really want to change the list at this point, though, because I like how it serves as an archive of what I thought was important at the time.

I also like the idea of a project thread not set by a date. ^^ I had hoped that this event would help motivate me to finish more of those pencil drawings, but I've only done a handful. xD (And then I went and added more to that list anyway, so in terms of progress, progress did not happen. xP)
But anyway, not much physical progress this week for the list things. ^^; I'm currently on page 32 of Hero City, though! =DDD As I fangirled to a couple folks, I think one of my favorite things about reading the story so far is how the relationships between the characters really feels like an interconnected web. And it feels very evident in this story in particular because those ties are constantly being tested and developed by the events of the roleplay. So yeah, all you guys who were writing and conducting and playing Hero City: You did great. =DD You better not drop me in this trust fall in the last ten pages, dangit, I am so hyyyype aaaaa
Still making notes for a stupid sidefic with Madge along the way. I'm kinda excited to write it; I hope I'm able to finish reading and writing while I'm still in the zone, before I have to divert my free time attention to something else. xD

Early morning update! I'm so good at keeping up with this xP
But I've gotten in more job applications; so far, I think I'm up to eight now? But it's still not enough, must apply to all the places! D:<
I'm easing myself back into Blossoms; I always drift between stories, and sometimes of all of them, and somehow I found myself no longer focused on Blossoms, so I'll have to transition back into that. Hard to write for it when I don't have a complete grasp on my characters yet xP
And yesterday I unpacked everything I brought back from my dorm room, and I'm starting the cleaning and organizing bullet on my list! I went an extra step and also cleaned out my bathroom cabinets (there was stuff in there from when I was under ten, geez xP), so now I'm working on dorm stuff which will eventually bleed into my entire room. I'm also gonna try and convert my sister's old room into an area for my laptop and art because, unlike anywhere else, it has an actual desk (I'm getting tired of balancing my tablet and laptop in my lap either in bed or on a couch). It's not the largest desk, but it is right across from my own room, and it's temporary anyway so why not? x3

I've been terrible about updating. Mostly because I've been terrible about making progress! Ha! BUT I have an update. My bookshelf reorganizing endeavor is in "During, Stage 5" Stage 1 was buying the bins for the self. Stages 2.0 to 5 have all been today. 2.0 and 3.0 were "Wait. I kind need to tackle the rest of this room too..." So 2.0 was going though my accumulating mail that's been taking care of/looked at, but not thrown away for filed. Then 3.0 was getting the storage drawers by my bookshelf cleaned out. Stage 4 was finally switching my winter clothes to my summer clothes. That brings us to 5. See below. I got everything off the bottom shelf when I realized two things: 1. I have no idea if there is anywhere to put the books I don't want on the shelf anymore, and 2. I have NO IDEA where to go from here, in general. Definitely in the "It will get worse before it gets better" stage for the bookshelf itself. SO basically, "bookshelf" led to "entire room." We shall see where this leads. Stay tuned. Or something like that. And should you ever meet me in real life, and I happen to introduce you to my mom, you NEVER saw any of these pictures of my room. As far as my other things are concerned, I've been reading a lot more, and I've tackled a few more lessons on HTML/CSS. Attachments:

Last week of Spring Cleaning!
And Iiiiiii haven't done much. Mostly just did a little bit of room cleaning and more book reading. I'll still try to finish the book by the end of the month. Just about 100 more pages to go, so 2/5 of the book remaining.
I probably won't do much more than that, but I'll still update on Wednesday/Thursday to note my final progress for the last few days and the entire event.
Even if I didn't get as much done as I hoped I would, this was still a good event and I ditto that I would like to continue having something to encourage me to get some of these things done!

Last week of Spring Cleaning! I always figured that it'd go until the first day of summer, aka the solstice, since it started on the first day of spring? Not that it much matters because I was never going to finish all of the stuff on my list x'D So last week - welp, finished my sketchbook cover, and got a new sketchbook, so that's two things down, whoot. Other'n that, there was also some storywriting for the NT and some mapdrawing for Wrighton, but those weren't on my list (which really doesn't need to be any longer xD) I'm only mentioning those so that I'll feel better about my creative productivity. I'm starting to feel that I don't actually work too well with a set list, because it just makes me all "uuugh these are all the things I must get done, I'll just go watch Doctor Who instead". Mostly I write stuff down so I don't forget I intended to get them done. But for any kind of post-event project completion thread, my top vote would be in favor of something like Post a (Weekly?) Update on Your Creative Projects, so that there's someplace to go that makes me take a mental audit of my various ongoing stuffs and then leave a tangible trace. (Which I could, of course, do on my diary, or start a scrapbook thread or something, BUT THAT WOULD MAKE TOO MUCH SENSE.)

(updating a day early while I remember.)
Very little creative done, again. I did tidy up my new room, though, so that's TWO rooms tidied! =O I haven't finished my Sunstory though, or done anything more with my novel. The audio recording probably won't happen, as a) I am not so skilled with those, and b) would not be very comfortable doing that in a house with thin walls, full of people I barely know. =P

I finished the enormous commission for my RL friend! \o/ Since this was the one thing I really wanted to finish during Spring Cleaning, I consider it a success.
Not much else done because I was focusing all the time on that but...yep, this feels good.
