I just transferred one of my pets from my side to my main. For some reason, the paint brush accessories I had on that pet were not transferred along with her. My closet also says that I'm not able to remove these accessories from my closet as well. Does anyone know how to transfer these items? I'm pretty sure they were supposed to be transferred along with my pet

What colour was your pet and what were the accessories? In most cases, if a pet is painted a different colour than the accessories, they will not transfer.

My pet was painted Faerie and the accessories were from Royal Girl, Desert and Pirate. Are these accessories part of the non-tradeable items they described? Am I going to have to submit a ticket to get these items transferred?

You can only transfer the paint brush items that match the current color, in your case, only Faerie clothes. See the subheading "What Items Are Transferred" in this article: www.jellyneo.net/?go=pound#transfer

I don't think they'd do it if you submit a ticket. I think the only way to move a royalgirl accessory between accounts is on a royalgirl pet through safe transfer. TNT made it that way on purpose, so I don't think they'd do it if you put in a ticket... (Feel free to correct me anyone)

Great. I bought the Desert and Royal paint brushes specifically for those items. So basically, I lost a little less than 5M simply because I painted my pet on the wrong account.
Seriously, there's gotta be a way for me to get those items onto my main account. Why are they so restrictive on pb items?

What species was your pet? You could look out for a pet of the same species/colour in the pound (which would be unclothed) and then use it to transfer those items across. Of course it would be a slow process as you'd have to look out for the right pets and you only get a certain number of safe transfers each month...

If it were easy to move paintbrush clothes between accounts, they could be sold for massive amounts of money to people who want cross-paint jobs.

And I doubt I'm going to find Desert, Royal Girl and Pirate painted pets in the pound

For Desert and Pirate at least, you could try asking labbers. A lot of them gripe about their closets being too full with PB clothes, and are usually willing to give those to people when they can. Draik isn't a super popular species to lab, but if you know someone who is zapping a Draik, you could explain the situation and see if they'll keep an eye out for Desert or Pirate for you (just be sure to paint it before sending it back or you'll wind up in the same situation). For Royal, you're probably just going to have to spring for another Royal PB.

Thanks for the advice but I don't know anyone who currently uses the lab ray. What I'll probably have to do is buy the Pirate, Desert, Royal and Faerie paint brushes all over again. I wasted 5M and I'll have to spend about 7M if I want the items on my main account. All because I painted my pet on the wrong account I even tried to send a ticket to the neopets team to explain the situation to them. But they didn't grant my request. They did not even respond to explain why they wouldn't do it (or at least, they didn't post that response on the ticket itself). This is incredibly upsetting and frustrating
