So I, like many other people recently, went onto Neo one day only to find that my account was frozen without warning. Naturally, I scraped up as much info as I could find about it and sent in a ticket, hoping for the best. Problem is, it's been, eh... three months now? And absolutely nothing has happened with the ticket. No response, no change, no nothing. So how long should I wait for a response? Would it be better to just send a new ticket at this point, or is that bad form? Not really sure what to do in these situations.

PFAOh, I'm not the best person to ask, but you can do something to bump up the same ticket. I hear people talk about it, like, they add more information or something, so that it's the same ticket, but also updated. I don't remember exactly, but maybe if I post this, it'll bump up your thread here, and someone else will then see it and maybe remember how exactly to do this.

Yeah, I'm in the same boat. It's been two months. I read on the Ticket Response waiting board on the HC that some have waited 5-6 months. I'm doing all I can short of emailing a staff member. I think their emails are in some standard format so I may be able to guess an email address.
