 Looks like they have a new content writer and artist now, if I'm interpreting this news post correctly. The writing is definitely done by a new, skilled person, and the art style looks different too (or maybe I'm overinterpreting XD). Site is much faster as well. I wish the new people would say hi! It feels oddly creepy that they would just keep on like nothing happened. Like they're impersonating our TNT. @-@ I mean I don't hold it against them personally for replacing the older staff members-- they're just members of the economy like all the other workers. It would be nice to see them as actual people, rather than "Jumpstaff." |

The Meepits have taken over (and resent the prior comments about their bracelet. there will be one on every wrist by Y20) and it's still a little uncanny, in my opinion, but yeah, either Newsie's getting a bit more used to the job or there's someone else working on it. xD I don't know if I just didn't read the news closely enough before but there seem to be *thinks* a few more of these *demonstrative example* around, ALTHOUGH it's less intrusive than THESE. |

XP ) Yeah, I think we're still seeing items made by the old TNT. Personally I think once they do run out of new items made by the old TNT it'll take a while before new items are made. |

If that's the case, the Meepit Slap Bracelet must have been an item slated for an "Artists' Day Off" event. It was the miniscule smiley face that made the bracelet weird. Meepits have no mouths to speak of, and when they do, it's mostly full of pointies. Imagine the bracelet without the mouth, with just the two googly eyes, and it's as much of a Neopets item as everything else. (It could be a leadup to April Fools. One by one, creepy little smiley faces appear on new released items, and on April 1st they introduce an Elder God of Smileys and it's all a downhill spiral into madness from there. ech, a girl can dream.) In any case, weren't they going to say something about the fate of creative contests on Monday? This ain't no Monday no more. |

I mean I've seen items a lot weirder looking on Neo, the site is full of them. I've been confused the entire time people have been complaining about it. |

So apparently Neopets has been down for a few hours if I'm reading the comments on JN right. Apparently before then things were breaking like shops and the Trading Post before they did.

Yeah, it's been back up for a while now. I was just confused as I just got on and Neopets was down and I didn't know how long since people were reporting problems such as lag, broken parts of the site, and some couldn't even log on. However it all looks to be fixed now. |
