Does anyone know the new pattern for nt responses? :c
I used to receive neomails pretty much by Tuesday/Wednesday, but now I don't know anymore. D:

I didn't even get a holdover, my series isn't over yet, and I have a (dumb) comic held over. I guess CQ likes my series. Janet: I never approved of this! Jane: You never approve of a lot of stuff Rabbit does. Remember that whole shipping- Janet: Don't you dare mention that!

Hahaha, don't question it, Rabbit! Although if you didn't get a neomail for the ending of J^2... maybe shoot her a neomail and see what's up? She might have forgotten how many parts it had? Also got mine roudabout the same time, too. So I guess the new schedule is anywhere from Thursday afternoon --> Friday morning.

I remember clearly that there are eight parts. I'll still question her about it.

Only took a week, and without any hold over or anything. Much faster than I remember it. :0

Oh, darn it. Got this NM today:
And I can not remember for the life of me whether I submitted it as a short story or an article. I wasn't sure which one it was better suited to in the first place because it is a rant/monologue. So now...I have no idea what to resubmit it under. I feel like it might have been short story, but I might have accidentally clicked article without thinking about?
I've decided to resubmit under Articles and hoping for the best xD This is when I wish I paid more attention when submitting, or that some of these rejection notes gave a little better information like (Short Story: The Lament of the Water Faerie), since I'm sure that can be scripted in? Anyway, hopefully I haven't gotten it wrong again to peeve both myself and CQ off.

Looks like I did indeed submit this as a short story last time, and CQ wanted it in the article section (and I can understand that). I'm glad I didn't submit it twice to the wrong section, or that'd be kind of embarassing.

Dear Amelie, Thank you for submitting to the Neopian Times. Currently your submission (Testing Your Strength) is being held over and may be considered for future publication in the Neopian Times. There is no need to submit your submission again, as it is saved by the editor. Super happy! This is my first submission.
