Hello, Droplet, or any other staff member who might be reading this! A while back, during Mafia III, we established a religion which was very similar to Catholicism except so as to not accidentally offend anybody, they worshipped the Lord Woo, which is a deity based on the White Weewoo. At first it was only essential to my character, who was a nun of the Church of the Most Blessed Weewoo Feather (and a booze smuggler but let's not get into that) but people picked up on it, since it was nice for characters to have a religious affiliation. Flash forward to Medieval. Since it is a roleplay set in the fantasy analogue of the Middle Ages and in the same universe as the Mafia roleplays, we needed a religion for it and Woosim, as it became known by now, was perfect. It is instrumental to the background of one of the factions, the traditional and pious House Jade, so of course it became part of the world-building. And this is probably the point where Woosim became its own thing. References to it in the roleplay are many, including exclaimations of "Oh Woo" and the symbol of it, the Woocifix (the exact design varies though). However, I believe it was Coaster who introduced the Satan analogue to Wooism, a creature known as the 'Pit, based on the Meepit. The theology of Wooism is a bit fuzzy in places but the Woo is generally a fairly benevolent and friendly god, judging by all appearances. So I'm wondering, TNT, how do you feel about there being an entire fictional religion based on two of your petpets as the God and Satan analogue respectively? (In case you can't tell, this has nothing to do with the NT, I just wanted to know what you thought of us crazy writers. xD)
