Happy Memorial Day to everyone in the U.S. In one sense, words can't really express this, but in another sense, these are the only words that can. To all veterans: Thank you. Thank you for your sacrifice for the freedoms we enjoy in the U.S. today. To my uncle Bob, whom I never met, thank you for giving your life in service to our country in the Korean War.

To all veterans, thank you and happy Memorial Day! Especially to my late Grandfather, who served in WWII, and to my childhood friend who served three tours through Afghanistan and Iraq. Thank you both, and a long and happy life to my friend now that he's home for good.
