I tried searching for this, but search was being dumb and only turning up topics instead of posts, and I'm not searching through 136 pages of "NT No-Nos". Not even with Ctrl+F.
Anyway, since Neo is now owned by Jumpstart this might be allowed: could we do a Neopets/Petpet Park crossover? Before I start plowing into a series I'd like to know if the subject matter is a go.

Well, Petpet Park is technically a spinoff of Neopet as there was a plot related to the Park several years ago. Not only that, most of the Petpets seen on Neopets appear in some form at Petpet Park (ie Cyodrakes and Faellies), mainly in the form of NPCs. I can't see why a crossover between the two would not be allowed.

I guess your biggest hurdle would be to make sure it makes sense to all Neopians, and not just the ones who play both sites, since it IS going to the Neopian Times. I personally don't play any PPPark.

Thanks, guys.
A couple things:
1) Komori, any crossover has the potential to alienate one fandom or the other if you think about it I've personally read crossovers I only "half-knew" and loved them regardless.
2) I think a past editorial stated it wasn't allowed (or maybe just stories strictly about Petpet Park weren't allowed) so I guess I'm just waiting on official word from Droplet.

I looked up "Petpet Park" in Jellyneo's editorial database and found only things saying that it's fine to talk about Petpet Park and Monkey Quest because they're all under the same studio (or, at least, during Viacom era; not sure what's going on now). And that they're the same universe and everything. In fact, the release of Petpet Park was featured in a mini-plot on Neopets quite a while back, so I'm sure some mention should be alright. EDIT: Incidentally, I thought I recalled (and cannot find) an Editorial saying that it's fine to talk about Treasure Keepers in the NT, which is a similar deal in that it's mostly separate from the main site but a part of the Neopets universe. Or at least was when it was still up. (such rich lore and environment for a Facebook game, too bad it got tooken down. =_=)

I dunno about "alienate." As long as you present enough relevant information about the world/scenario, even people unfamiliar with the source material should be able to enjoy a full fledged story. No alienating required.
