Writing Contest

Okay. First of all, I hope this is the right place for this, and I hope this isn't "too small" for it's own thread, and thus better for "mini-gloats." I apologize if it's the wrong place, and moderators are free to move/delete it.

I enter a weekly writing contest at a Christian writing website called FaithWriters.com. This week, I placed 5th of of 60+ entries.

I'd post it here, (or at least a link to it) but I'm not sure I'm allowed to since it's Christian in nature. I also don't know if there's a better place to post thing we've written just for fun, as in just for others to enjoy, not for a critique or edit.

But yeah, I'm excited!

You're more than welcome to share your writing here! Around here we're a little more lenient about that sort of thing- everyone is welcome to discuss their views, and we even have a Christian Support Club, though it's a bit quiet at the moment.
As for where you can post your writing, At Pen's Point is a great place! It's for sharing writing with people, no need for critique or anything.

Congratulations. ^^ I read the poem you posted, it was very good and I'm saying this from the perspective of somebody who isn't Christian.

Feel free to post about religious topics, as long as it is relevant to the discussion at hand and most importantly, respectful to everyone else's beliefs (so no preaching and trying to convert people but I don't think you'll be doing that anyway). And yes, Azzie is right, At Pen's Point is a good place for just posting writing.
