Why am I punished just for coming up with the idea? I didn't make them do it. I was a zombie and they asked for a thought. Psh. What a crock. <.<

What a crock. <.< Well, you lent them your talents as a President Snow impersonator. You have to be held responsible for your actions. Justice!! Also, Mockingjay spoilers, but: I'm really glad this didn't take the stupid book route and instate the Games all over again. I mean, it might have been better in this version since the people directly responsible would've been in the arena, but the book's decision left me bitter enough to be glad for this lifetime imprisonment thing =P Now somebody fetch a necromancer, stat!

Alright, the epilogue is up. I just wanted to thank everyone SO much for reading and commenting. I had a lot of fun writing this, and I hope y'all had a lot of fun reading and dying! I also hope this maybe inspired someone else to write an NTWF story. ^___^ I know I certainly will take another stab at it (ha ha!) in the future.

and this is the point where you remember that most of the arena's buildings were pretty much solid concrete, right?

Absolutely awesome! Really great story and thanks for keeping us supplied with lovely regular updates. I was impressed with the idea you came up as solution and the closure you providing to all abused characters in the last chapter.
The epilogue however has me ask if you plan to write next 'The Count of Monte Killix'?

Great story, a fun romp through fields of violence and death. It's nice to finally read another NTWF fanfic. I missed them. Epilogue Oh geez, a driven-crazier (is that even possible) Komrade Killix is trying to escape. D8

Oh wow, what an ending. I shudder to imagine what Komrade Killix will do if she ever gets out.
This has been a really great story, Carrie. I'm impressed with how quickly you wrote and how absolutely amazing you made it. It has Hunger Games influence but also does its own thing, which is great. Mad props to you and thank you for writing it and making me so awesome and kickbutt. ^_^
