Things are going surprisingly well. Stay safe, Celes!
I'm totally going to trip down the secret entrance and die in some horribly undignified way, aren't I?

Don't be so pessimistic, dear chums! Sometimes things just unexpectedly sort themselves out in your favour. I have been expecting a horrible death almost since I began at Virtupets, but two years on I am still very much alive, and none the worse for wear.

Did I misread earlier, or are the clean-up members supposed to be admin pets?
In which case, if so... I'm very sorry for all the people who died without getting trumpets or even a name. ._.
Also, is there a particular reason they went this route instead of deactivating everybody's monitors in the room so that Nova was declared the winner and the games ended right there?

Well, there's no way any of this can possibly go wrong.

And yes. Because I imagine there would be a lot of people swarming the arena after the Games ended, and it would be much harder for them to actually escape... they have a chance against an evenly matched clean-up crew. If there are people just buzzing about cleaning up and the like... I don't think it would go as well. XD They'd probably just get killed. Not to mention, I think the admins would be very confused and suspicious if everyone died at once. Because who was the killer? Did the killer kill everyone but then randomly die? It's a more believable 'story' that one went rogue and killed everyone.

Or maybe that they just wanted to end the thing and kill everybody including themselves, or if they were gravely wounded but managed to kill everyone else before they died. But... right, I suppose it would be a lot more crowded after the end of everything. Even though, y'know, most of the active NTWFers would be dead already. >_>

But...wouldn't Komrade Killix be happy if I died? I'm the mastermind behind her potential demise after all.

and you never know, she might even have "favourites"... If Celes lives, it's not necessarily a bad thing. You can have all the fun of torturing people who are alive. <3

Uh-oh, so much for that plan. Tiger, you shouldn't have been that reactive, otherwise, the plan would have gone smoothly
