Oookay, let's give this a try, I'm going from oldest to newest with things things and I...have some artwork from the semester in between that I will be posting.

This one was my submission for Gelert Day last year. I couldn’t send it this year. They might freeze me for sending the same thing under a different main. So, enjoy my feeble watercolor skills from way back when xD

I canNOT believe I gave this to my favorite author! The second time I met her, I was ready with some fanart, but again, my watercolor skills were fairly poor. That didn’t stop my love of dragons though.

They said to make a blind contour of someone in the class, then paint it. The gentleman in the class looked like him…it was hard to keep the lump out of my throat as I traced his gentle and rough features. November was a rough month for me. At the time, I was recently detached AND iced. Bad combination.

OH GOSH YOU HAVE NO IDEA! First there were 9 shades of green I had to use, and then 9 shades of purple, and then I had to repaint to get some smoothness....

THANK YOU SO MUCH CASSIE this is PERFECT I really love the expression, how the slanting eyebrows and big smile give it a cool and confident look, it's awesome!! I really like the curving shapes you used for the body and how it has a sense of bulk, and how even the fins are a bit thick and blobby, and the nice smooth curve of that back fin that flows so naturally from the body! The lighter purple spots are really great, the way they follow the curve of the body helps give it a sense of form and also adds a slick, shiny texture to the skin, I really like how you put in this minimal shading (like the darker purple shadow on the one fin that's at the far side of the body) that gives it a sense of depth although it's all flat colors. The pencil is perfect hahaha, it always adds so much to a character's personality when you depict them doing something or carrying a tool, I really love that you added that detail (and of course I'm happy to be shown with a pencil because that's what I love using best!)! BLESS YOU ALSO FOR REMEMBERING THE ORANGE SPOTS on the face, hahaha TNT can revamp their Purple Paint Brush designs all they like and add rainbow stripes for all I care, I will ALWAYS HAVE THE ORANGE SPOTS YESSSSS
