Okay, so I got logged out of my account, and when I tried to log back in, it said that my password wasn't valid. When I tried to get my password reset, the password reset program wasn't working.
What should I do?

I had this problem happen to me for a while before I decided to try to correct it. (I thought I was hacked too. Turned out I wasn't.) I'd send in a ticket to TNT explaining your problem and as much information about your account as possible.
That's what worked for me anyway. Not sure what to do if that doesn't work.

Alright, I've sent in a ticket. I really hope no one hacked into my account. I worked so hard over the years for it x.x

Okay, it just logged me back in. I got some weird message about some system log in error.
I'm still really nervous.

Single Sign On Error
Single Sign On failed. This may indicate a misconfiguration of Single Sign On. Contact your Parature administrator
This was the error I got when I got logged back in. I have no idea what this is or what it means.

Okay, after checking around, apparently there was some problem with the log in system and password recognition. I guess I wasn't hacked then. Sorry for the alarm!
That's going to be a strange ticket.

If you don't want TNT to read your ticket, since the problem has been already solved, you can simply close it. And it's good to hear it was just a mistake, and you haven't been hacked.
