You look down at the mass of candy you've attained so far with a small frown. The last few stops have been a bit unfortunate... seventeen jelly llamas in a row? What were those houses thinking? But a new thought soon enters your mind when you come upon this unusual new stand in the street...  The kid with the projector on his head notices your look of curiosity. "Welcome to the Stop 'n' Swap, for all your Halloween bartering needs! There's quite a variety of candies and treats here that I'd be happy to trade with you, or feel free to set up your own stand and trade with any other forumers in this thread!" He looks down at your small collection of snacks and winces. "Seventeen jelly llamas in a row? What are these houses thinking?" "Tell you what," he says, rather matter-of-factly. "Take a look around and see what you'd like. First treat's on me! After that, see if anyone else would like to strike up a trade." You swear that the film lens glints at you in what must be a wink. Or a trick of the light. With a bit of trepidation, you look at the pile of candy on the stand in front of you. Current inventory (may be updated as the event continues) Fruit candy reels Caramel popcorn on a stick Oatmeal cookies Tea-flavored cough drops Candy corn Chocolate-coated wafers |

*walks up* Mmm. Your treats look delicious. I'll take some of the caramel popcorn on a stick. As for trades...we'll have to see what else I can get hold of, first. Unless anyone wants any Death Star cookies?

Imagine if you will, a selection of candy so diverse, deciding between them is a dilemma of Liza Elliot proportions.
A selection of candy in which oatmeal cookies are traded for perfectly ordinary chocolate chip cookies, which, unbeknownst to anyone else are made with whole grain.
Yes, these cookies are from the twilight zone.

Tea-flavoured cough drops? I'm fond of anything with 'tea' in the name. Hmm...why don't I swap you this...not the caramel apple...or the carrot...aha, got it. Here, have the orange-flavoured sun candies I acquired specially to fit my costume. Will these do?

He giggles hysterically grins at the though of placing these on his teeth and becoming a candy corn vampire - with unparalleled speed! However, he decided saving that for later would definitely be the best option. Instead, he looks about, probing the merchandise with his eyes. Absent minded, it seemed, he spoke aloud, "I wonder if collateral is acceptable for payment of trade at a later time..?"

I'd love to have some chocolate-coated wafers or even Death Star Cookies. I don't have much candy, though--ate a lot of jelly llamas on my way here. Would anybody like to trade for some metal gears and bolts I got from the robot-infested house?
