Mine's first-person, so I guess technically my protagonist's first words were the same as my first sentence, but if we're talking about actual dialogue...
"I said I had some help from above."

Er. The first thing he said in the story overall is quite lengthy and context-dependent, so here's the first thing he said that I wrote this month. xD
“It’s not a dark and stormy night,” Saint said to Noah. “Why the hell isn’t it a dark and stormy night? That’s a little disappointing.”

I'm fairly certain my main character swaps over from Piet to Elena at some point during this story, so I'll just go ahead and do both. XD
From this month...
Piet: "We have to help them!"
Elena: "There is a better way."
And just for fun, from the story overall...
Piet: "Oh. My name is Piet Currier. I am here to start my first day as Andaria's new squire."
Elena: "Oh! Oh my, I'm so sorry! My greatest of apologies!"

The person who's likely to be my secondary main character, and may even take over at some point, hasn't spoken yet. She hasn't even appeared yet. She will soon, though.

Cato tried to take off with Julia clinging to his trouser leg, which made his flying very difficult. They had just crashed into a building. Cato isn't happy. xD
