Sometimes! ^_^ It always takes at least half an hour to do all the hair, because it's just a big process. The second one took longer to do, natch, but I used a brush pen for most of the hair to save myself from the insanity of drawing all the strands with a 0.1 or 0.5 pen. Because that would have been painful.

I love the sketch already and it isn't even finished yet. =D I see Totoro (obvs) and that weird cat from Azumanga Daioh and Duck from Princess Tutu and a little Aang...I feel like a ton of them look familiar, but I can't place them. XD
(Also, I like Mari. =D Mari's cool. And the things that have been colored in are so pretty and shiny and vibrant and I love your shading so much. Pretty much as a general rule. <3)

Not really interested in concrit for the shading on this one. D: I hate the color scheme. But it is what it is. I'm not sure how to describe this character. A lot of qualities seem to smush together. xD |
