Okay, I just wanted to make a post about this.
Today, I reached 25 Art Gallery trophies! ^^ Three of which I gained this week. This puts me a quarter of the way to my goal--100 trophies. Quantity tends to be my weak point, as I focus far more on the tiny details rather than the bigger picture. For a while, I found it very, very hard to draw, blaming it on a lack of inspiration. I set forth to fight that part of me, to show myself that I can create plenty of art without everything looking rushed and terrible. Admittedly today's entry (for Chomby Carnival) isn't a good example of that, but there are many other drawings I've done that I can finally say I'm proud of. The trophies are a wonderful way to track my improvement, to see just how far I've come since the day I grabbed a box of colored pencils and decided to just draw.
I can do this. I can become an artist like I've always wanted. ^_^

Oooh, loving some of these! Especially the Uni dress. I'm thinking of drawing a NP series as well, once these are out of the way. |
