Disney movies (and Disneyesque movies like Fox's Anastasia). I loved them soooo much! I still do, proudly.

Oh, let's see here:
The Big 4/5 anime at the time (Sailor Moon, DragonBallZ, Pokemon, Digimon, and possibly Cardcaptors) and Transformers (Beast Wars/Beasties era) among others, but those are the ones that I can remember at the top of my head.
EDIT: Just remembered another one. It's more obscure, but I do remember watching Cybersix when I was younger.

I love the Batman and Superman Animates Series ^^ I also watched Scooby-Doo, Wild Thornberries, Rocket Power, Cyberchase...
I'm actually more into cartoons now that I'm older and can appreciate them, ironically enough XD
EDIT: Aah, I can't believe I forgot Rugrats! That was one of my favorites, too XP

Too many. I shall try and remember a goodly chunk, but I'm sure I'll forget.
Animaniacs, Tiny Toons, Freakazoid, Men In Black, Ghostbusters, Inspector Gadget, Biker Mice from Mars, Road Rovers, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, X-Men, Batman: The Animated Series, Sailor Moon, Samurai Pizza Cats, The Tick, Aah! Real Monsters, Cow and Chicken, Courage the Cowardly Dog, Doug, Rugrats, Looney Tunes, Tom and Jerry, What a Cartoon! Show, Kablam, Powerpuff Girls, Talespin, Darkwing Duck, Rescue Rangers, Tasmania, Muppet Babies, Rocko's Modern Life, Pinky and the Brain, Super Mario Brothers Super Show, The Adventures of Sonic The Hedgehog, Sonic the Hedgehog, Captain Planet, Dexter's Laboratory, Yu-Gi-Oh, Pokemon, Outlaw Star, Cowboy Bebop, Tenchi Muyo, Yuyu Hakusho, Aladdin (the spinoff show of the movie), Gummi Bears, Flint the Time Detective, Digimon, Family Dog, Hey Arnold (a little), Eek the Cat, Heathcliff, Rude Dog and Friends, Garfield and Friends, Rocky and Bullwinkle, Ed Edd & Eddy, Johnny Bravo, The Mask, Ace Ventura Pet Detective...
I'm sure there are scads more cartoons that I will remember all of a sudden and will have to add to this list. XD
About the only thing I refused to watch as a kid was anything Hanna-Barbera (not counting their later Cartoon Cartoons, obviously). I really can't stand any of their shows, especially Yogi Bear and Scooby Doo. Gads do I hate their voices!

Ohdear, which childhood? It came in waves.
The earliest stage was stuff like Biker Mice from Mars, Iron Man, The Amazing Spiderman and Fantastic Four. (Come to think of it, maybe that's why I spent my childhood a tomboy.)
Then I learned enough German by TVwatching to get into a bunch of really old obscure shows: Mila Superstar, Around the World with Willy Fogg, Tico something-or-other-don't-know-the-full-title-in-English-but-it-was-about-a-killer-whale, and Cat's Eye.
Then in middle school I got into Dexter's Lab, Tom and Jerry, Johnny Bravo, Dragonball (and later Z) and Sailor Moon. Watched a whole lot of TV back then.

I was legitimately obsessed with Spongebob when I was in the forth grade. I especially liked Hey Arnold, Doug, Rugrats, Pokemon, and the 80s Ninja Turtles and Carebears. I tended to prefer Nickelodeon to Cartoon Network. :3
I still really love Rugrats. It's funny, not just in the kiddie way. xD

Cartoons = ♥
We didn't have cable up until '99 (I was 11ish), so before that I was limited to what was on non cable stations what I could catch while I was up. I definitely watched Animaniacs and Tiny Toons Adventures and Recess. I also remember being a little kid, dancing around the room to the Darkwing Duck theme song, which means I watched it, though I don't really remember the show. Magic School Bus is a given of course. And Katie and Orbie!
I have vague memories of a science teaching, courtroom type show that aired early in the morning. Like, someone was supposed to fire a cannon exactly at a certain time, and they were being sued because the sound was late. The point of the episode proving that sound takes time to travel. And another one where they were disproving a diet pill that claimed to reduce a person's gravity to make them lighter. I have no idea what this show was called, and I haven't thought about it in ages, but I definitely liked it.
We also had older videos my mom had taped, so we watched things like Smurfs and random things that were on Nick at the time she taped them. Has anyone else seen the show Noozles? That weird show with the koalas that looked like toys and came to life when the girl rubbed noses with them? There was also David the Gnome and Maya the Bee on there.
After getting cable, I definitely watched KaBlam (and remember Henry & June hosting summer marathons), and Spongebob debuted not too long after as well. Definitely watched Hey Arnold, and Rugrats. Watched Powerpuff Girls for a while. I can't remember if Pepper Anne was on cable or not, but I watched that at some point too.
Then there were of course Fairly Odd Parents, Danny Phantom, Kim Possible. At some point I developed a semi secret fondness for American Dragon Jake Long, and I loved the Buzz Lightyear of Star Command show (reruns on Disney at that point). The Emperor's New School was fun too. I'm sure there's loads more I'm forgetting.
Currently, I can say with complete confidence that my favorite show is Phineas & Ferb. Love that show so much right now. Heck, in many other places online my avatar is Perry disguised as a dog. It's the only current cartoon series I watch right now, and is one of the few shows I will turn on because I actually want to watch it, not just because I want background noise (I have a fairly long list of stuff that I "watch" because they don't bother me, but I don't particularly care about).

My parents introduced me to alot of the old Warner Bros. stuff like Looney Toons, Tiny Toons and Animaniacs. I had a friend who would record episodes of shows from Cartoon Network and bring them over(this was in the days of VCRs and video cassettes) which is how I was introduced to Courage the Cowardly Dog, Samurai Jack, Code Lyoko, PPG, Dexter's Lab (I do a pretty good Mandark laugh) and who knows what else I'm forgetting. If I was at a daycare they'd turn the TV to Nickelodeon or Disney channel and I'd watch Ducktales, Darkwing Duck Gummy Bears, Gargoyles, Hey Arnold, and Rugrats.
I also watched a lot of PBS in my childhood so I grew up with Sesame Street and Mr. Roger's Neighborhood as well. but one show that I watched on PBS as a kid was based off of a series of books. It was called Redwall and I loved watching it. The show only had three thirteen episode seasons, but it was a good show while it lasted.

Let's see... I watched a lot of old school Disney Channel back when they did re-runs of Disney Afternoon shows. I loved Chip 'n' Dale's Rescue Rangers. As for non-Disney, Beast Wars was my introduction to Transformers, and it. Was. AWESOME. And then there's Magic School Bus, the show that made me love science There's also Pokemon, Digimon, Rocko's Modern Life (which is even funnier as an adult), Medabots...
