Can anyone help me out on the dialouge in this panel? I want to rephrase it but I don't know how to. I just want to reword the stuff before the "This isn't a place for (May change the word novice to something else) children". Basically, I need help highlighting the dangers of being in the thieve's guild, or the maturity and experiance it takes. Also just realized I need to draw a bit of kanrik under the speech bubble. |

Besides a typo at the word 'view', this part doesn't sound discouraging for any applicant. It simply states that you have to take the business serious.
Novice is not a word however, I would choose... depending on the kind of kid you have (or Kanrik thinks the kid is), it could be perhaps a 'bumbling' kid, an 'innocent' kid, an 'ignorant' kid, a 'naive' kid or a 'dreamy' kid.

Then how about a 'newbie'? It's shorter and also implies that the kid still has to learn a lot and might not be up to the current task.

Probably not the best, but here goes: "As a member of the thieve's guild, you could be caught and punished with whipping, or brutal labor, or cleaning filthy stables. You could die in the most brutal and painful ways. Disembowelment, decapitation with a blunt axe, or cleaning toxic stables." |

You may want to even just remove the adjective before "children". Italicize "children" and you get: "This isn't a place for children," which makes me, at least, imagine him almost sneering as he says it, making quite clear what he thinks of childrens' capabilities =P Uhm. Doesn't work if there're already child thieves in the guild, of course XP |

I think its a pretty genius idea. I mean, the people that read the NT that know nothing of the NTWF must be thinking " Wow, that's a pretty strange coincidence. Its swear its almost like they're all gathering together to plot these things out...." XD
I swear I actually thought that a long time ago, because I think I remember seeing some strange theme in the NT and it was a strange coincidence how the majority were all based on one topic.. I don't remember what it was though.
