I wonder how they make the raw material and what that tastes like. It looks interesting and much closer to real sushi than you'd think it would. xD

That looks really disgusting, actually. ^^; Yeah, I wouldn't eat that. xD How did it make the little fish eggs...? o.o My guess is the water the eggs are dropped in have something in it that wraps around the drop of "egg liquid" to keep it's shape. I've seen it done on tv before with real cooking to give you the edible pearls that will pop in your mouth and give you little liquid bursts. So I'm guessing it's a similar thing Personally, I wouldn't mind tasting that stuff XD From experience I find most novelty candies like that to not be all that great, but it would still be interesting. |

It does look cool. xD I mean, I don't have much of a sweet tooth (which is why I wouldn't nom) but they're actually presented very nicely. ^^
