He likes that beachball. He ain't letting it go again. Also, it's pretty amazing how many of our daring Indiana Joneses trek through these thick jungles wearing flowing robes and cloaks. Not that I should complain, seeing as it's easy to draw xD That's cause robes are made of win B) They repel snary jungle foliage. And does the fire mean we loose a turn, or is it just stopping us for the remainder of the day? You lose a turn. He likes that beachball. He ain't letting it go again. Also, it's pretty amazing how many of our daring Indiana Joneses trek through these thick jungles wearing flowing robes and cloaks. Not that I should complain, seeing as it's easy to draw xD Well normally I have a flowing coat XD But that's a bit cumbersome to dig in And the beachball is great XD Where does one get a Blarf size Beachball? So, now to move and dig. Uhh.. If you're trapped in a flaming square, are you stuck there? >.> J6, I'm on J5 which is on fire. Can I escape or stuck having a very hot night dodging flames? If I CAN move, I'll go and dig at J4. Otherwise, uhh.. I better practice some ice magic >.> Or some ninja art to keep me cool XD *Double-checks* Whoops, you're right. Somehow I overlooked that. Yeah, you're stuck there as well. I'd recommend finding a pool of water, personally. Are we not allowed to move within a square of C3, as well as the other four? That's correct, C3 and the surrounding squares are off limits as well.

Aw yeah, Epsilon is a raging inferno right now too, isn't it? >>; *prances off with the maps and a matchbox* Where does one get a Blarf size Beachball? We know a guy. He wants to Make It Big as a biologist and is fascinated by the blarf, so we occasionally get him fur and saliva samples and the like in exchange for stuff like this. It'd double as a getaway vehicle if we had 2,000 cubic metres of helium at hand (he's still negotiating with his contacts for that). And if you want to stay cool in a forest fire, become a pirate =D *brick'd to next week*

And if you want to stay cool in a forest fire, become a pirate =D *brick'd to next week* *Whips out calculator* 2000 cubic meters of helium would be about 357 kg, 2000 cubic meters of regular air (at sea level, because duh) would be about 2450 kg. Subtract the one from the other and you can lift 'round 2093 kg. Factor in the mass of the beach ball and the basket+rigging, you'd be able to probably carry 'round 1700 kg, should be enough for the crew, various beasties and a bit of food/supplies/treasure. It could actually work. I'm surprised. ...*Gets back in character* With forest fires raging all around you--quite literally in some cases--you take the time to ponder the events that led up to this situation. Wasn't there something about a goddess destroying the planet like a celestial pimp if she didn't get her money? You simply got drawn in by the lure of free shinies and the slight possibility of being the world's savior. Again. The world sure has been in trouble a lot lately, hasn't it? And one more thing. Will it really be so bad if this angry goddess doesn't get her protection money? Sure she threatened to destroy the world, but she's a goddess, she's on our side. "Destroy the world" was just hyperbole, at worst she'd just throw a few rounds of lightning at the people who summoned her. Right? ...Right? You feel cool droplets fall on your head and arms. It's starting to rain. Within minutes, it's become a torrential monsoon. You hear thunder in the distance, and wonder for a moment if that goddess heard your thoughts and came to prove a point. Great plumes of steam rise from the island as the fires are slowly quenched. It looks like you'll be able to dig again now.

Assuming the rain quenched the fires on Epsilion as well, Sarn and I will dig at B3 and A3.

Sarn, Tiger: Brushing off your inadvertent eruption of a volcano (Seriously, that'd make an awesome pickup line--"Hey baby, wanna hear about the time I blew up a volcano?"), you make your way to B3 and unearth an extremely disappointing 213 shinies. Heading on to A3, you find a rather less disappointing (would that be "undisappointing" or just "appointing"?) 518 shinies, and-- Oh. Oh wow. That can't be right. You find another portal, this one labeled ζ.. Wondering if this is just another way for the island to mess with you, you cautiously step through it. It's yet another island. Definitely not any of the others you've found thus far. You bed down here for the night.
Zylaa: You head on over to I3, dodging charred limbs and the assorted tree stump on your way there.
GLQ, Celestial: You dig in at H1, finding 311 shinies, which isn't too bad. You also find an unexplored room that turns out to have a collapsing ceiling, which is. It takes all of your combined strength to keep it from pancaking you, but you escape unharmed. However, it's now dark so you cannot continue digging.
Draco: You rise like a Sev from the ashes to wreak havoc on J4. By wreak, I mean dig. And by havoc, I mean holes. After all the havocs have been throughly wrought, you find 289 shinies.
Extreme Fishery: You dig first at E2, and gain 288 shinies. After this, you continue on to E1, finding 450 of the same. You then move to F1 and sit there, counting your wealth.
Goosh: Finally able to move from where you were stuck, you tear up A7, and find 480 shinies. Pretty good.
Sarn-Tiger: 8779 shinies, square B1, island Zeta
Zylaa: 4694 shinies, square F3
GLQ, Celestial: 7638 shinies, square H1
Draco: 4162 shinies, square J4
Terra, Nova, Tamia: 9610 shinies, square F1
Goosh: 3978 shinies, square A7

I apologize for not having island Zeta up yet, so here's a graph. I'll be waiting for a bit to give everyone time to put in a move. | A | B | C | D | E | 2 | (Empty) | (Empty) | Square | Square | Square | 1 | Square | Portal | Square | Square | Square |
