Ponies. I never watched any of the cartoons, and I'm not a fan of the new ones. The faces are weird with gigantic mutant eyeballs and tiny snouts. XD It looks weird. I love seeing the customs that people have made with the old ponies. Those are pretty awesome. I've always wanted to try my hand at making one. But I have none of the materials to do it. XD

Sup bronies. 8D I'm currently in the middle of drawing an awesome portrait of Burn and I-- AS PONIES --giving each other a brohoof. Kind of like a fistbump, for those of you who don't know. Although you should. B/c this is the pony fanclub.
It's turning out really nicely so far in its sketch form, and it's making me want to draw more ponysonas. XD I'm going to upload the picture once I finish it tomorrow, and after that, I think I might take some requests for drawing people's ponysonas, if it turns out people like what I've done. :3 I think I followed the show's style pretty closely. So yeah! Just keep your eye out for some cool pony art in the near future.

I love the new show. The writing is surprisingly tight and funny, plus the characters have endearing personalities. Lauren Faust seems like a cool person. (She did work on The Maxx! Holy cow, blast from the past)
Also, I like how they had a Benny Hill style 'yakkity sax' chase scene in one episode.

Didn't Lauren Faust also work on Foster's Home for Imaginary Friends and the Powerpuff Girls?
I love both those cartoons. *3* But I watch way too many cartoons. xD I keep forgetting I'm not a kid anymore.

I was just surprised to find out that she did work on such an adult and upsetting cartoon before she made all of these cute and happy things.

Yeah, I was quite surprised at how much I liked it after mocking Scar a little for watching. Pinkie Pie's breaking of the fourth wall is especially hilarious. x3 There's also this story. ^^ And if you scroll down, there's a post from Lauren Faust herself. :3
