Yes, thank you daylight savings time and the NaNoWriMo website for not recognizing each other. I posted my words at 11pm my time, but daylight savings time was not yet active, or may never be, on the nanowrimo site. So all words went towards today.
Quite saddening. A 25 day streak was my secondary goal. Ah well, now I won't worry about NaNoWriMo while I visit OU. Maybe this is a blessing in disguise.
So just a warning to people in time zones behind me who've yet to experience this problem: edit thy word count 'fore 'leventh hour, or suffer the wrath of daylight savings timeth!

You need to go into your account settings and change the Timezone manually. >_>; Short of IP tracking Nano has no way of knowing if you live somewhere that DST is observed, so they're not going to changed it automatically. :3

Lucky me that Europe opted for time change the last weekend of October, so no won hour for NaNo, but no problems with updating word counts for wrong days either ^^

I didn't actually expect them to change it, but it also didn't occur to me until after the fact. *goes to fix time* And go Europe!
