So um this may be very silly of me but I can't figure out how to enter the password to Level 2. ... and have also forgotten the password. >____> (You can see I've gotten so far in the game. XD) Halp plz? Don't worry, it took me a long time to figure out how to enter the password. Just hit Z to scroll through the symbols and then when it's correct, select enter. ...I have forgotten the level two password as well. <3

On the main menu it will say new game password options depart
Pick password. The jump and fire buttons trigger through the icons. When you choose the right password, hit the up button and then the fire or jump buttons to enter it. If you have the right one, it will send you to the level. Also be sure to take screenshots of the passwords when entering levels, and save them on a drawing program in case you forget them.
I'm not sure if i can tell you the password to level two directly, so I'll give you a riddle instead. Each hint is to an icon on the select password screen. The hints will be in respective order to the icons.
1) I find myself smaller, seeking eggs to aid me in searching for my friends 2) I usually help you achieve new heights, but here i find myself helping you descend 3) I feel like there are hot coals under my feet, I try to stay in the air as long as possible, but always end up back on the ground 4) I am often associated in a scientific question of who came first.

Please do not share passwords. but I suppose hints are okay. :3 (If I see something too obvious, I will remove it.)
For level two's password... You can watch my video. X3 Other than that, make sure you write 'em down when you get them. The level won't start until you hit the button, so you have plenty of time.

xDDD That's so awesome, MeGuy.
As far as the difficulty goes... I'm thinking that, as a compromise, I can add an Easy mode that removes the knockback effect from getting hurt along with reducing the damage enemies cause in general. I'd have to add a whole new set of passwords, but I think it's doable after the event is over. ^^ Thoughts?

That sounds good, I don't even mind the damage, its the knockback effect that always kills me

I'm currently trying to figure out how I can get the game to remember exactly which droplets the player collected and deposited in the beaker. If I can figure it out, I would make it so that this is the case, and then the droplets stored in the beaker would always remain instead of players losing half their deposited droplets after each death.

One more thing you should do is work on the jumps a bit. There are a bunch where you have to be like RIGHT on the corner to make it. which is making level 4 a bit difficult because i only have a short opportunity to make it across without getting hit by the wind gusts or whatever those dragonflies fire out so i try and take but find that i jumped too early and die.

Ooh, just got an idea: Maybe I could leave the checkpoints as they are, but have Easy mode fill in all of the bottomless pits with solid ground. It would seem that the vast majority of player deaths are caused by those pits. xD; Either that, or I could make it so that falling in said pits doesn't result in instant death, but it causes damage and throws you back out.

It was soo frustrating on Level 3 having defeated the miniboss and walking back with so many droplets on hand, only to have my jump-finger slip and die. XD; Though Level 4 is so much more easier than Level 3, even though I haven't had much time to beat it yet :3 *can't wait to finish*

OMG a new Strife game? =D *is slow at getting the news*
I played through till level three (and got frustrated there with the ice cream miniboss's shooting disc attack and all the pitfalls), but so far, it's awesome! I can't believe you managed to get this much level building and programming done in a month! The bosses and minibosses are exciting and creative to fight. Now I'll just download that new patch for the pitfalls and hopefully I'll do a little better in level 3. ^^;
I really love how those heart symbols have that "lol face" whatchamacallit emoticon on them. xD
