Nah, there should be some. It just takes time to find one through the crowd of Dark Elves. Unfortunately the same applies to Wood Elves.

This means that you're the first to level an Elf to full adulthood (although not the first to reveal every stage of one family). It also means that, if you so dare, you could attempt to tame one of the Dark Elves. ... What are you going to do with the extra E-Crystals?No, I haven't found a baby Blood Elf yet.
