Heh, coming home from school today I forgot to add one tiny little thing in my intro post for Gil  I added it just now. For those who don't care about looking back and finding it. I just made him grab and put on his frock coat before boarding his aircraft Something I just realized. All of my personas wear a coat of some sort ^^;; Which is even more weird that I NEVER wear a coat, jacket, long sleeve shirt, extra shirt, or anything like that. I guess I just find them cool. @sarn - Who knows how Brassport showed up So having a reason why it just popped into this realm is fine ^^ And as for alliance with the Mercs. *shrugs* Could happen. |

@sarn - I'm not even sure how Brassport got dropped on the NTWF other than a vague idea about unstable planes. Honestly I'd be pretty happy if we kept it ambiguous for now and then "figured it out" later once other sub-plots are revealed and such. @mercs - We haven't even really made contact with anyone yet, though I'm sure Spacefleet and the Mages picked up on our arrival. Perhaps talking might happen once you're aware of our existence and vice-verca.  |

Question... Is anyone planning on making a Summary thread again? Would be mucho useful for those who decide to jump in later. :3 I know it was mucho useful for me back when I was rebuilding GW2. I used the summary posts to work out the order of the GW posts. Without them, I would've been completely screwed. But it's one big task to undertake and would need quite a load of dedication. Zylaa, I love your weasels xD Just one question: how come they haven't been singing Martika's 'I Feel the Earth Move' yet? >> As far as mercs go, I reckon the guilds wouldn't actually employ a blanket-hate-all on them. We mostly dealt with Cyborg, there's no real reason why that'd make us distrust some of the newer mercs who had nothing to do with the last war. But you guys probably won't get any jobs while sitting around the HQ either. If I was a merc, I'd roam the world looking for jobs and offering my services at any castle I come across, just in case they currently have border trouble or whatever. |

While listening to 'I Feel the Earth Move' I couldn't help but play around with some sound settings on my computer. I have this weird Karaoke setting in my sound things that can raise or lower pitch ^^ (not really sure how to use it), but if I turn it up to max it makes people sing like chipmunks Or in this case, weasels ^^ |

Yeah, the Merc/Steampunk alliance thing was more of a happening-sometime-in-the-future sorta idea. XD I figured I might as well throw it out while it was in my head.
Hunty- I guess I was just mostly concerned about those of us mercs who were involved in the last war. Which is... um... seeing as Cyborg hasn't posted yet, that'd just be Jerny. ...Hmm. >_> And yeah, I suppose it sort of depends on how willing the other guilds are to look past old happenings and let the mercs help them, but in general I just thought the guild without any bias would be easiest to ally with. XD
And hopefully we'll be going out job-hunting in a few posts' time. That's what I was thinking we were about to do, anywho.

I'd be happy to do it, since I've got quite a bit of free time on my hands, and should do for a while, with a week or two's exception. That being said, I have a feeling that this'll come back to bite me, so I was thinking that having a few people willing to take over just in case might not go amiss. |
