Hmm. Autumn sounds nice. I am having trouble figuring out how to, erm, get into this. I am a brand new confused merc with no knowledge of their HQ/whateverness etcetera, so...yeah. I guess I'll just wait for another merc to post. XD That's probably a good idea, although you'll want to prod another merc into posting. Which reminds me... This is a general note to everyone: Feel free to conspire and plot with others inside and outside this OOC thread! So long as no godmoding is involved, we all love epic plots and surprises. I am of course totally not plotting anything with anyone at all. >_> Michelle-- Nope, your post is great. You're with other mages also, that's an excellent start. It's hard to just roleplay against yourself. XD |

I'm taking a break from homework right now (been doing it all day, then had to do dishes and cook dinner, than scream at my TV that just died, I deserve a break!). So I'm trying to figure out how to get Draco into the war, and also doing some finishing touches on my Gil Maxwell (Steam Punk) persona so I can get him in to ^^ I all ready have a small idea how I'm going to get Gil into the war, and how he'll make first contact with someone ^^; It should be a smashing entrance. --- Oh and there is a good chance I won't be writing as much as all of you most of the time  I'm very amature at writing... |

I like the idea of having it be fall for now, shifting to winter. ^^ Snow would be pretty awesome. Though I'm pretty sure Aly wouldn't like it, being the fire mage that she is. Oh, sure, standing in the middle of a blazing forest is alright, but come the first sign of a chill breeze she's barricading herself indoors. xD Umm...and on another note, I'm hoping my general cluelessness about what the heck to do isn't showing too much. *sheepish grin* Believe me, Draco (my Ninja) will be really clueless on what to do As for fire mage in the snow. It most likely wouldn't be as bad as a certain Flame Alchemist I know who is useless in the rain or wet  XD Too true, too true. Zylaa: Thanks. ^^ |

As for the whole winter thing, well... we tried it last GW around, had a couple posts near the beginning that acknowledged the fact that it had started to snow, and then pretty much forgot about it for the rest of the RP. XD; ...As in, the only references to there being snow was the occasional passing reference and it otherwise was ignored. I mean, we could try again, but chances are the same thing would happen. So... I dunno. Might be easier to just go with autumn/spring.

Just a note to Sq...XD One of my classmates is semi-frequently called 'Jerbear'. I have never seen that written anywhere before, but it made me laugh when I saw it.
Maybe snow in some parts? Higher places that would have it, or just plain colder places? For all I care, someone can make it hail over Mage Manor and I'd be happy. ^^

Hmmm, Cele's post states that the mages have a lack of leadership... Yet Ginz and I both kinda took over in a way.
Also, I'll be coming in with Sarn and Sarinon just as soon as I can figure out how Sarinon's entry will work... or maybe I'll bring her in later...

PFA beat me to the punch, I was going to mention that. Hardly anyone acknowledged that it was winter in the last RP. And I pretty well said that it was a year later in this one, so it should technically be winter again, but we fail at continuity. I think it'd just be easier to retcon GWII into being Spring/Autumn, since it's not like it changes anything. Personally, my vote's for having this one set in Autumn.

I just wanted to make a small note on my characters. --- If at any time my characters in a group with anyone else, and are pretty much doing nothing important, you can assume they are following. Like if a group is outside a door and everyone is supposed to go in (and you would rather not wait for everyone to post they are going in) you can assume my character will just follow inside or whatever. So yeah... Unless stated otherwise in a post my guys are set to Follow --- Just wanted to mention that so my guys don't get left behind in a group or are stupidly standing around staring at a door while every else walks through the door |

For some of us here, this is about the standard post length. So don't worry if your posts get long. On the other hand, don't worry if you just can't do textwalls every time. |
